Airco Service

I couldn't leave 5 stars because of the trouble it took to get my blower motor replaced. It took about 5 calls but as soon as I spoke to the general manager he took care of my issues without any hesitation. And Seth came out today and did a great job fixing my unit.

Called before he came and arrived on time. Seemed efficient and friendly.

We’ve been using Martins for about a year now for maintenance and upkeep on our unit. Matthew is professional and quick and communicates well on what he did and how my system looks. I have never felt as though they have sold me any services I didn’t need. We’ve been really happy with our experience with Martins. Thanks guys!

Excellent service. Cleaned unit outside and inside. Cleaned air filters. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. Also informed they need to come back and check refrigerant when temps get warmer. Always very pleased with Airco Services

Matthew was very professional and friendly. Came in, tackled the issue, very skilled in his trade. Our gas pressure was too high which made my wife and I feel unsafe, because of Matthew it is now tuned exactly where it should be and we feel much better about the reliability and safety of our unit and home overall. Cecil was very professional, upfront and honest today. Poor guy had to work in the rain.

Edit - Wound up having to replace our unit not too long after this. Long story but it was needed. Very prompt, courteous and caring to the urgency needed due to having a medical patient who needed temperature regulation.

Home Warranty wanted to cause issues but the office staff helped me navigate that and were very patient with me and it the warranty requests.

I'd recommend Martin's again!
