Airco Service

The men that came to my home were very professional and helpful to me in my home while they were installing my new heating and air system, they even worked into the night because my old system gave them a lot of trouble. Some of the technicians didn’t even eat lunch or supper, they worked until about 9:00 o’clock Tuesday night. They wanted me to have some heat because the temperature turned off pretty cold somewhere around 40 degrees. I will be 77 in January and I am so thankful I called Martin’s.

Martin’s is a customer service oriented company. I called this morning and the serviceman was at my house when he said he would arrive. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes of arrival and had the issues resolved with in 30 minutes. Great Service for a Great Price!

Cecil was knowledgeable and professional. Had us up and running quickly, and had some excellent advice for future rework I've been wanting to do. Will definitely be signing up for annul maintenance, and using them for the next project. Thank you!

Colton showed up right on time and diagnosed the issue my furnace was having. He explained what was going on thoroughly and was able to get the system back up and running quickly. We are very appreciative of his knowledgeable, diligent work. I will absolutely be recommending Martin's heating and air to family and friends.

The quality of Martin's Heating & Air was impeccable. The service technician and manager were both very professional and timely. The Service Manager was very detailed in explaining issues as well as services and programs available for preventive maintenance, which add value in service. Also, Martin's responsiveness and continuous communication was top notch in servicing their customers.

I called for a repair, but I ended up getting a whole new system. Colton, my repair guy, was awesome about explaining my different options and helping me understand them. Definitely went above and beyond. Alex, the sales guy, didn't try to use sales tactics (thanks!) and had a great sense of humor. The install guys were great too. They were careful not to make a mess, use inappropriate language, speak at a volume that matched the environment, and completely clean up after themselves. (Unfortunately, I don't remember their names). Finally, I love the new system!! It's so quiet and efficient. Thanks, Martin's!
