ACCO came out today replacing our main floor HVAC unit. Fantastic people, the owner and the crew! They made us feel that ACCO cares. They not only provided a speedy, but also a high quality service, with a very reasonable price.

From the time Brandon came to look at my HVAC system to prepare an estimate to the complete installation of a new HVAC system was only 72 hours and 48 hours of that was the weekend! His crew was on time and professional throughout the entire time at my home. I didn't get upsold or pressured into more than I needed to buy. I would definitely recommend AC Concepts and will use them to maintain both of my HVAC units going forward.

This company called me on a Thursday saying I needed to call them to come out and replace my air filter. Then I received a text three days later that they were on their way to my home in the middle of the day, without ANY notice (while I was at work). I called and talked to Adrian, who was extremely snotty and said I didn't call them back, so they just drop the filter off on the porch and inspect the equipment when I'M NOT THERE. I asked her why they didn't allow me more than a couple of days to call and schedule and she said "That's just how we do things". What a terrible way to try to earn business!

Have used several times, all outstanding! This time was to add 3-zone auto damper system to new home. This was a comfort decision with the additional benefit of lower utility bills. We’re sleeping better all the way around. If you’re not familiar call and talk to Brandon.
The techs were every adjective you can think of as for their work. Add trustworthy! Charan and Nick continued work when we got called away with an appointment conflict we couldn’t change.
Why? ACCO was able to fit us into their schedule sooner than we thought possible with the supply chain issues all over.

Power surge killed my ac unit. I called ACCO to have it looked at. Lady told me I could expect a call the following day (as it was after hours when I called) but I never received a call. We waited a week for a call back and never got one. Luckily, we fixed it ourselves. Nice to know they were willing to leave us in the heat... I'll be using a different company in the future.

Our AC went out around 530pm on Apr 21st. I called this company and the woman who answered seemed really confused to receive my call. Apparently she forgot after hour calls were forwarded to that number. She took my info down and said I would get a call the next day from someone who would schedule a tech to come out. This call was on Apr 21st. Thankfully we got it fixed ourselves because it is now Apr 29th and still no one has called.

This spring, Coming into the summer, it's starting to warm up... Shocker - So what did i do i preparation for this this? you got it. I did nothing, I procrastinated. I've had an issue with my air conditioner since last year where the fan would not engage on it's own. Now, I am quite the handyman, But i know little about Air conditioning. That being said, I knew that tinkering with this system this close to summer would be the death of me. So i contacted.... you got it! Air Comfort Solutions! and i got crickets. So i went another direction.

After contacting AC Concepts and spoke with the receptionist whom was exceptionally kind, It turns out that I had purchased filters from their warehouse once in the past. Once she had mentioned this, the memory came rushing back to me of that moment. I recalled the receptionist about a year prior to that also, being exceptionally kind. The service tech that assisted me was also kind and down to earth. They seemed to take the time to make me comfortable. Customer service was very much clearly their top priority.

Now, This is where they won me as a new permanent customer. Not only was i not contacted back by air comfort solutions, AC Concepts went above and beyond to work around MY schedule. The receptionist informed me that they could have a technician the next day (I called late in the day) between 3-5 which i thought a 2 hour window was awesome!. However, I typically do not get home until 5. This was not a problem. She said i will call you tomorrow shortly before 5 to ensure you're home. Sure enough, 445 i get a call and the tech was there by 5.

The tech come into my home, and got to work, no BS. After he very politely listened through my rambling explanation of the issue, Jackson jumped into to, Told me what was wrong, fixed it (My AC now sounds like a banking Apache as it used too (that's awesome if you don't understand that reference) and he took his time, about 10 minutes to explain what was wrong, what he did to fix it, preventative steps i could take and potential future issues that i could quickly identify. This experience was fast, professional and most importantly, i felt like i was dealing with a true, no scam, no BS professional. I felt the family owned business model pouring out of my interaction with him. The price for labor and parts was beyond reasonable and fair - and having come from a service repair plumbing background, I know what that fair price would be. This will absolutely not be my last call to Air Conditioning Concepts of Edmond!

Had to call again today and was able get same day service. Technician was professional and answered all questions or concerns that i had. He walked me though the steps he had taken, what he found and did a full diagnostics after my initial repair was completed from a clogged drain line. I will without a doubt continue to use this company.
