The tech Aaron who came to our Bethany home was very good. We were tight on time and he quote us a reasonable amount of time for a complete motor replacement and finished early! Thanks for the great work.

We've been customers of A&T Mechanical for over a year now and have had great experiences with each visit. We contacted them last summer to get a quote for a new AC unit because one of ours had quit working and needed to be replaced and we wanted a few quotes from different companies before spending that much money. They gave us a few options to look over and the CFO, Jessica, personally came out to explain the options so we could make an informed decision.

They truly seem to care about their customers and doing a job well. They have also been honest and saved us from spending money when it wasn't necessary. Another company lied to us two years ago about the condition of our smaller AC unit, saying it desperately needed to be replaced. A&T has inspected and serviced it a couple of times since then and did not find the supposed "severe issues" the previous company claimed they found. They said it is not necessary to replace it and they have kept it working.

Our latest experience was on the 4th of July, when our newer AC, decided to stop working. Because of the holiday, we expected to have to wait until the next day for a technician to come out but we were pleasantly surprised upon learning a technician was on call. Clint arrived shortly after our call, diagnosed the problem, and got the AC working again. We are grateful!

I had the opportunity of working with both Bradley and Clint. Both were very thorough and took an ample amount of time to make sure I fully understood everything that was wrong with my unit, what possible solutions there were, and additional issues I would need to resolve at a future date. They were very helpful, polite, respectful, and patient. They were very professional and I would use them again.

Jacob from a&t mechanical was awesome. Very cordial and professional with his little booties on 😁. And he enjoyed the drive up! I couldn't click the "on time" because of the rain this morning, but they were able to fit me in this afternoon.

Can’t say enough good about the service from A&T Mechanical. They came out on a same day service over a holiday weekend (twice) and fixed several issues. Very reasonable price and top-notch professionalism. Highly recommend!

A&T is always responsive to our needs, sending someone out quickly when we need help right away. Their employees are always friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. When they installed our new HVAC in the summer of 2022 they even put in a couple of window units until they got the new system up and running. What a blessing! Thank you!

I had a clogged drain pipe and a friend recommended this company. They came out promptly and on time. However, after a short amount of time of not being able to unclog my pipe, they left and I paid them $200 for what I felt was a substandard effort. The owner called me a few days later without me even asking and repeatedly apologized. Without me requesting he offered to refund my money. After refusing to receive a refund he insisted and said he'll mail me a check by the end of the week.
In a day where customer service is a thing of the past, it is refreshing to see a company that stands behind their work and takes ownership when things don't go as planned. The owner made 0 excuses and just kept repeating that my experience was unacceptable and he even offered to come run a camera for free and give me a free tune-up on my AC service. I'll 100% use them in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs the service they offer. Well done!

Jason was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when completing the maintenance on my two AC units. He and his helper were very friendly and made sure my AC is ready for the summer heat. I have been on the A&T maintenance program for several years and have always received great service at a reasonable price.

Customer service is a huge deal and just as important as good product. A&T has somehow landed great employees that are respectful, courteous and good at their jobs. I had several of them in our house and they were all wonderful. I wish more companies had employees like this. Way to go, A&T.

I don't know if it's his fault or not but reported initially we were low on freeon then came back and said we weren't. didn't have air filters that fit, had to leave and go get them. took way too Long for me to sit around from the point that he got here till he was finished. We have used a&t a few times and the last time we had a service We were told that we got a year of service for ac and heat and now all of the sudden we don't. Have recommended to numerous people in the neighborhood based off past experiences but have retracted those statements in our neighborhood now and recommended that they don't use you.
