Brought a portable air conditioner we could use until our unit could be installed. Day of installation they were—
On time. Polite, nice, explained everything we should know about our new unit.
Even had two other people of the company stop by to make sure everything was going as it should. Cannot forget a special thanks to customer service and sales. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was able to get a service call scheduled in two days, and the technician, John, checked-in prior to coming and arrived right on time. He was very professional, knew his stuff, and took care to wear shoe covers every time he came inside the house. Very pleased with the service call and fee, and glad to recommend A&T Mechanical.

A&T Mechanical came out to do routine maintenance on our system. They are very friendly, professional, and they were even on top of getting us scheduled promptly, despite it being their busiest season! Highly recommend!

They showed up on time and had a professional demeanor. They were able to find a solution to a difficult problem without wasting time.(no easy attic access) They had all the materials needed to finish the job. They had a cheerful attitude and seemed to work well with each other. Overall, I was pleased with the job they did and would be willing to mention your company to my friends.

The nicest people! I called when my AC went out in the middle of the night on a day that got up to 95 degrees. I have 2 little kids and was stressed out trying to find a company that had any availability that day to help me. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so sweet and got me in as a "work in" on their scheduled and assured me that no matter the time they would be at my house to assist me the same day. Sebastian came and IMMEDIATELY identified the issue, replaced the contactor on the spot and within minutes had my AC back up and running. He was so nice and professional! 10/10 recommend this company and I will always call them for future issues.

When my AC was out during one of the brutal 100F days this summer, Hunter came out the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable and polite and quickly got my AC working after cleaning the unit. I would definitely use A&T again for any AC or heating services!
