Airco Service

Agreed on a price, and I noticed after installation the estimate included $200 for permits and an inspection. We live in the country and do not need any of that. They refused to refund charges that they never incurred. Update: They refunded the $200!! There is still an issue with damage to the attic access, but I think they are going to fix it.

I had a water heater that rusted thrrough and was leaking. It was bought and installed in 2018 by a competitor of Airco Service. I bought a much better product from Airco and, as always, their installation teams are very professional and friendly. They were able to come and install the new water heater the next day! I have 2 complete AC/Heating units from Airco...they know service!!

I highly recommend you call Airco.- they only sell products that they can put their name behind. I choose quality products from a company that backs them

Called them out for an electrical issue. They came out a few days later to take a look at my issue and then sent me a quote to replace a broken part. When they came out to replace it a week later they had misdiagnosed the issue and ordered the wrong part. They couldn’t find the right part so they sent me a quote for over $4000 to fix my whole panel. During this two week process getting information from them about what they are doing and where they are at on a solution was like pulling teeth. I called someone else who quoted half the price, took the time to explain my issues and what I needed to know, and also took the time to explain why Airco might be charging so much(not even in a negative way), and then came out within two days to give me a solution that worked for me and my house. All that to say, if you have an electrical issue, there are better options in OKC. Only providing this review because they requested it, not really sure why they wanted me to provide it.

Zachary and his crew did a wonderful job with raising our hvac system to the attic. They were very polite and cared about our home. They showed up on time. Zach kept us up to date about the steps and processes they were performing. My home was left neat and clean. We can’t say enough good things about Zach, Bengie and support workers. Thank you for great service.

Work and techs were very good but the price I was charge was to high for 10 minutes of work. $195.00 was just to much. When I called to find out why so high, I was told that’s what’s charged regardless of the time it took. I’m not very happy.

I am happy with there services. These people who did the installations are very polite, and did a good job. We would like to thank Anthony too.

My husband and I came home last week to a flood inside our home. We called Airco and they dispatched Lloyd immediately to our home. He was so awesome! He got the problem resolved ASAP and before we knew it we had a new pipe installed. Lloyd was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He even pointed out that the pipe that busted was one that had a warranty and he told us how to go about finding out if the pipe was still under that warranty. Sadly, we were one year out from the warranty, but we would never even have thought to check on it if he had not have guided us. Lloyd made sure we had all our questions answered and we were okay before he headed out. He was a Godsend! We cannot thank him and this company enough for their speedy and professional service. We recommend this company and especially Lloyd to anyone having a plumbing emergency or any issues. We will be requesting Lloyd in the future if we ever find ourselves again in need.

We had a problem with the electrical power running the air and heat. They made their first service and then a week later the same problem showed up. If this review was of the builder of our 5 year old home, this review would be going in a totally different way. Airco service technicians were on time with each visit. I have no complaints on either tech. It just took an extra visit to diagnose the problem. These guys each were very polite, timely and explained the possible problems and final solution. We have used Airco now 3 times and with each visit, identify the problem and solved. Airco did not charge us for the second visit and were charged for the part only. Airco is easy to work as work with. I can not say enough good about this company. Highly recommend!

This company charged my elderly step-dad (Karl Miller of Edmond) $2693 to replace his hot water tank at his duplex. When I heard this price, I was shocked. Talk about taking advantage of the elderly! That I'd a ridiculous amount to charge. You should be ashamed of yourself for charging that. A hot water tank can be purchased at big box stores for $160 to $300. The labor was $2393?

Duane Reese came out and help us, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed our problem and explained it and was very professional. We had a great experience! Top notch 5 stars!
