Appointment was from 8-10AM, they showed up at 7:51. I was awake at this time and they never even knocked or anything to let me know they were here. I also have a dog who barks literally every time someone knocks and he never did bark. Left a note saying they missed me and to reschedule. Called up there and was told the rep had spoken to the manager who spoke to the techs and that they’d be back later in the day which is absolutely absurd. Go somewhere else.
Whole thing felt like a con... salesman promised one thing and did not follow thru..owners can't even call me back when they said they would make it right..very unprofessional
The technician was very professional and treated me as a valued customer. He was very organized. I believe I received excellent service for a reasonable price. I plan to continue to utilize the services provided by this company.
