Appointment was from 8-10AM, they showed up at 7:51. I was awake at this time and they never even knocked or anything to let me know they were here. I also have a dog who barks literally every time someone knocks and he never did bark. Left a note saying they missed me and to reschedule. Called up there and was told the rep had spoken to the manager who spoke to the techs and that they’d be back later in the day which is absolutely absurd. Go somewhere else.

Scheduled maintenance was advised on multiple metrics and clear communication on future expectations.

$500 to downgrade my thermostat and move insulation out of the way. Did not show up within the window they said they would. Would not recommend.

Whole thing felt like a con... salesman promised one thing and did not follow thru..owners can't even call me back when they said they would make it right..very unprofessional
