Paramount Heating & Air

After dealing with a different heating & cooling company, which was a nightmare. Paramount was very professional, kind, courteous and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them highly to anyone. I only wish that my home owners insurance would have used them the first time. Great people, great job thanks guys.

Nate was exceptional. He dealt with our after hours needs and made it possible for two children to sleep comfortably in their beds. He was very knowledgeable about some of our other requests and we are doing more business with Paramount because of the experience he delivered. I would recommend paramount to anyone looking for home hvac work.

James came out and within 5 minutes he had the problem fixed. He was very knowledgeable. James was very professional and knew a lot about his job and the HVAC business. We decided, with James help, that we would invest in a new HVAC system. James is truly a blessing and helped us when others wouldn't touch our system. Thank you James and Paramount Heating and Air! Update: we had our A/C unit replaced. Jaret and Dalton came out and replaced both the inside unit and outside unit. Both were very professional and polite. When they left, you couldn't even tell anyone was here. They did such a great job! Highly recommend Paramount for all your heating and cooling systems.

Paramount Services was very helpful with my AC issues. The problem was identified in a timely manner, then they worked with my home warranty to get the best coverage. They explained what my options were and the pros and cons of each option.

These guys are the best. Ben came right on schedule to check my heating system. He explains things very well, showed me how to change my filter and even showed me how to reorder them. We've been using Paramount for probably 7-8 years. A few years back they saved us on Christmas morning! It pays to be in their "club" for preferential treatment. Thank you!

Ian came out to do the annual time up on my furnace, which Paramount also installed in 2020. He was thorough, efficient and friendly.

Bill and his staff have been first rate in delivering superior customer service at a reasonable price. I have recommended Paramount to numerous family and friends and will continue to do do.

They were absolutely magnificent! VERY friendly workers, all the ducts are clean, and the time was very short! I was surprised at their teamwork (Ian and Aly)! If i need another clean in my duct, I will more than definitely call them again! i TOTALLY recommend them!
