They respond quickly to online service requests & can duality get a service technician out to your house either that day or the next. We had issues with our AC & the service technician (James) explored all options to fix our issue but did so in a way that would be cost effective. We thought the issue was solved but a couple days the AC unit was still not functioning properly, I emailed Paramount & within 24hrs they had a service technician at our house again. Thankfully it was the same person (James) so he already had a good idea of what was going on & sadly we ended up needing a new motor installed (our unit is 17yrs old so I’m not shocked) but James was more than happy to explain in detail the process of what was being done & showed me things to look out for along the way. I cannot praise James enough, his customer service was impeccable & just shows how this company holds their employees to higher standards. 10/10 would highly recommend

Highly recommend Paramount Heating & Air. We knew we needed to replace our entire heating and cooling system. Our system was only 12 years old however we wanted to convert to gas and our AC was not compatible with the newer systems. That being said we called company after company getting quotes and being really unsure who to go with or who to trust. I got a flyer in the mail and googled the company. I was amazed at the number of good reviews I saw. From the initial visit to the install we have been so pleased with Paramount. Their technicians are very professional and provide superior service. We love our new system and feel confident in our decision with Paramount. Thank you!

Paramount was the assigned company from a claim on my home warranty policy when my air conditioning went out. The representative who was dispatched was friendly, explained what was going on, what he found upon inspecting the system, and provided a fix that got my house back to cool in no time. The specific part that was needed was not aboard his vehicle when he visited, but he put in a part that would work until he was able to put in the correct part the next day. He did this so the A/C could get back online immediately rather than waiting another 24 hours in the summer heat and humidity. A job well done.

The Paramount Services team was responsive, offered some great options for addressing our issue, and was able to complete the work within a short period of time after their arrival which exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

My check-up went really well. He was super fast, and he even helped me sync my phone with the thermostat. He was very friendly and professional. EDIT: In February 2018, I had an issue with my furnace. They came out, assessed the situation, ordered the part, and fixed it. When they realized there was still an issue (from a previous install not done by this company), they made a few calls, ordered the part, and they fixed it within 48 hours. Again, they were very professional and courteous. Additionally, as a single mom of a young daughter, I felt very safe and secure with the gentlemen in my home. Efficient, time sensitive, professional and kind!! Thank you!! I would highly refer this company.

This was my second opportunity to use Paramount and I had another great experience. Brandon contacted me prior to his arrival, and he quickly identified and resolved the issue with my garbage disposal. I love that I ALWAYS get to speak to a live representative and my issue is treated with priority.

We signed up for the annual maintenance plan when we moved here from Florida and can’t recommend it enough. Units are checked in the spring and fall and prepared for the season. Nate is our technician. He is thorough, punctual and professional. Never tries to sell you, but does make very good recommendation on how to prolong the life of our units. We also elected to make some air quality upgrades including adding a UV light and enlarging our filter box. Just tell them what your goals are and they’ll help you achieve them promptly and professionally. Can’t recommend enough.

Ian came out on time — was told 8-10 timeframe and he was here at 8:15. Was super professional and knowledgeable. Was done in about an hour and walked through what he found. Had a call for work and noticed he stopped drilling as I went upstairs to take it. Would, and have, recomme this group to others. Always an excellent experience.
