I have used Paramount for their comfort club service and tune ups. They have been a pleasure doing business with. They are always on time, never tried to sell me anything, very clean courteous, and many different services in case I want to upgrade my home. Highly recommended.

My wife and I couldn’t say enough great things about Paramount Heating & Air. From installing our full-home humidifier to servicing our air conditioning, they’ve been a wonderful company to work with. We recently had a scare with our air conditioning in the middle of summer, over a holiday weekend, and were able to connect with someone immediately and ultimately avoid a trip out to our home after Bill, the owner, walked us through how to reset our system. I have been a customer of Paramount Heating and Air for 4 years and they continue to WOW me every time I use their services. My wife & I are on their Air Conditioning & Heating Maintenance Plan, and they service my systems 2 times per year. Every time I have needed their service, their response time is quicker than I anticipate, even if they are called outside of normal business hours. I have purchased replacement equipment from them, and it was also a great professional experience.

James came to my house on time. Very professional and knowledgably about what he's doing. Not just tune up my system but also walk me through all the steps and why he's doing that. Also tell me what should do to maintain the system in good shape. No push sale at all but I am willing to give more business to him and his organization.

We just had our annual furnace inspection. Nate is the best! He is a great communicator and really shows he cares. We would not trust our heating and cooling systems with any one else as much as with Paramount. Thank you, Nate!!

Excellent company - we did full furnace / AC replacement last yr, all went smooth. Follow-up visits with techs that are on time, respect our white carpet in basement nxt to furnace room & great communication.

Realized our furnace was out after 5pm on a Friday. The first two companies I called couldn't schedule me til Monday or Tuesday. Paramount scheduled me for the next morning AND told me about a couple of things I could check in the meantime. They showed up on time the next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. The gentleman was very professional. I will definitely be using Paramount again.
