Always have loved Paramount. We bought a brand new a c and Furnace from paramount value was as and service and friendliness

Called Paramount when our AC stopped working this summer. The technician that came out offered three options, the cheapest being around $5000. The most expensive was a whole system replace my for over double that. We decided to get another quote. The second company let us know that the system was under warranty and we’d only have to pay for service which they didn’t even charge us for. HIGHLY recommend getting a second quote as you may be dealing with the same sketchy, inexperienced technician we had.

From start (with James Meyers) to finish (Jared & Justin) project went as planned. Everything was explained to my understanding and was performed to near perfection. Thanks again.

I highly recommend this business; especially James. He is friendly, accommodating, professional, and good at communicating. I had what seemed like a tricky issue with my furnace and James was able to get it fixed for less than I was originally quoted. He explained the problems and didn’t rush through the repair. He was very thorough. With the weather about to get cold, I appreciated the sense of urgency. I will use this business again and request James.

These people do it right! Very experienced, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Initially Andrew from service came out and was fantastic. I then decided to not repair and go new due to the age of the unit. Matt then took over and gave me all my options. I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work and the product. Great service from the Paramount team Bill and Nick at our home today. They were on time, polite, respectful of keeping the house clean, and I was kept fully informed of progress on the job to completion. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done!

Everyone from Paramount went above and beyond! From having a professional willing to come out in the evening to diagnose the problem to fully explaining all options to helping determine the best new unit to perfectly installing the new unit, these guys are the best! Everyone was kind, extremely informative and very helpful. They all worked incredibly hard and made my family’s well-being their priority. I honestly can’t thank everyone from Paramount enough!

They came to fix my AC and wanted to charge $700 to install two capacitors. I bought the parts for $25 and did it myself.
