Tony was great! He was on time and completed the work the same day- which was much appreciated after not having AC for 4 days. Another company told me that the system was a total loss and needed to be replaced at a cost of about $9k. Tony explained everything to me and while my system is really old, was able to repair it quickly and effectively. I'm sitting in a cool house for the first time in days! Laurie, the office manager, was also fantastic and super helpful in getting me scheduled quickly. I definitely know who I will call next time I need help or when we finally do replace the system! Thanks again Paramount!

This is my first experience dealing with Paramount Heating & Air and I would recommend this company to anyone who is have HVAC issues. Our technician today was Fred, who was very polite and personable on the phone. When he arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem rather quickly and gave us 6 estimates to choose from. Fred was able to walk us through each estimate and determined what was best for us in the long run. Another post will follow once the work has been completed.

Matt did the right thing. He replaced the faulty inducer motor in my old furnace. I am happy with the great work he did I couldn't be wrong with them. Thank you so much Matt

From start to finish, Paramount Heating and Air did an AMAZING job! Our air conditioner stopped working in the dead of summer--they were able to come the same day to run diagnostics and offered a variety of solutions soon after. After we decided to replace our unit--the gentlemen who came for the installation, lead by Matt, were polite, professional, took the time to explain everything and left me feeling very secure in the quality and longevity of the work. I also really appreciated our technician, Rob, who checked in often and offered to set us up with a window AC unit in the meantime. I highly recommend working with this company for any repairs/installation!

Fred was awesome. He was not only knowledgeable and quickly addressed the issue, but he was patient and took time to help me understand what was going on. The nicest tech I’ve ever dealt with in any company (he brought in my garbage cans!). Paramount seems more than reasonable and I’d definitely recommend them.

He spent enough time to explain my problem with air/com, options and prices. English is not my native language, and it was so nice that he gave me a chance to understand him well enough. The technician was prompt and honest about the condition of my AC unit - it's and older unit, so I was really hoping repair would be possible. They've got a great maintenance plan. I had actually called another company I'd done business with before but they hadn't called me back, so I called Paramount. By the time the other company got back to me, Paramount was already at my house. Great job, highly recommended.

Fred was very professional and did a great job quickly getting our AC up and running. He was also able to set up a visit for a project manager to come quote a new AC system (ours is 30+ years old). I would highly recommend using this business.
