Super impressed with this HVAC company. We have been having some warm rooms during summer and also wanted some pre summer maintenance for our AC unit. James came out, seriously such a nice and enjoyable guy. We talked about our options with Split AC/Heat. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision and he even encouraged us to get other estimates. He worked hard and gave us an honest assessment of our problem. I cannot say thank you enough for having a business that puts the customer first and have seemingly a high level of integrity. Thanks again to James for coming out and helping gauge our solutions for the summer and beyond!

Had an excellent experience with Paramount after a not so good experience with another company. They came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me their opinion, and fixed up what was wrong. I felt really bad asking them to fix up a problem someone else caused, but their service technician didn't mind at all. We are very pleased and will absolutely be using them for any HVAC needs in the future. Their technician (James) was patient in explaining everything to me, despite my relative ignorance about HVAC related issues. Because he represented the company so well, we signed up for their membership program for yearly maintenance.

I really appreciated the app they have that shows how far out they are from the job site. Ken and his partner were very professional and worked quickly to install our electronic filter and run maintenance on the AC. They did not several issues, but gave us realistic expectations of which parts were most likely to fail and when so we could plan without feeling pressured to make a bunch or purchases. Overall I would definitely recommend this company in the future.

The technician Ian was amazing. He was kind, clean and knowledgeable. I would use Paramount in the future for my HVAC issues.

Nate arrived when I was told he would. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the issue I was having. I inquired about other services and he showed me a couple detailed proposals and I never felt pressure to sign up for them. I did start with a year service contract and I look forward to professional service from Paramount. I highly recommend.

Matt was an excellent technician. He came to do a tune up on our furnace. He took his time, checked everything he needed to and let me know how things were running. Luckily, our unit was in great shape and he just gave us a heads up on a few things that might need to be replaced in the future due to some parts being old and dirty (our furnace is 14 years old). He offered to replace things now and gave a price, but mentioned in reality that we could hold off as everything was still working normally. I appreciated his honesty and it gave me confidence in him and the company.

I was not "sold" any service that was unnecessary or never felt pressured. Matt was also very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I was very pleased with the service I received from James at Paramount Heating &Cooling. James made himself available to replace the motor in my furnace ASAP, even though the next available appointment wasn't until Wednesday. He came out that Monday, after his initial inspection on Saturday and replaced the motor and got our heat running. He was on time and did great work. I'd recommend him and this company.

Matt from Paramount did a great job repairing and cleaning our A/C unit. He even checked and replaced our furnace filter because he noted it needed to be done. He was professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We signed up for their membership plan. Very customer oriented company.
