I had Miles come to my home through my warranty service and I cannot say enough great things! He walked me through specifically what was going on and showed me every step of the way. I was so impressed with his communication and timeliness. He made my headache through my warranty (having no heat for over a month) end on such a great note! I will absolutely use him in the future!!

We submitted a claim to our warranty company and were given his information. Miles called promptly and scheduled a service call for the next day. He then texted to verify he was coming. Within 30 minutes my unit was up and running. Miles was prompt, professional and polite. We will definitely recommend his services!

I submitted a home warranty claim at 9:30 p.m. at night. The next morning I had a phone call just before 8 a.m. from Miles. We arranged for him to come out to the house between 12 and 2 p.m. He arrived promptly at 12, identified the issue as well as another small concern, and had the problems fixed within the hour. This included installing a new motor into our furnace. We were very impressed and highly recommend this company!
