Great fast and professional service for AC repair on a Airtron installed - Goodman unit in Ryan Homes neighborhood. Bad capacitor, less than 5 hrs old. Crazy. There was significant buildup on the coils due to the construction in the neighborhood. Lesson-learned: hose off the coils twice a year to avoid stressing the unit.

Our technician Paul was transparent about costs and provided different options for both service repairs and service maintenance package. We are renting soon so this option worked for us. Paul was efficient and courteous. Pleasant experience. Recommend it if you don’t go through your original installer.

The team from Extreme Heating and Air Conditioning was exceptional. They went above and beyond to discover the cause of our vent blockage and cleaning and sanitizing our duct work so we can breath easier in our new home!! They were very professional, had great communication and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend their services.

My technician was extremely fast. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. I described what was wrong on the phone. He said he thought it was my capacitor and he was spot on. Because of the age of my AC unit he needed a different capacitor then he had on the truck, and another coworker delivered it to him. All this on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. I could not be more pleased then I am. Highly recommend Extreme and there there staff.

Trevor was my technician to come out and give me a diagnostic on my Central Air Conditioner. He was extremely professional, friendly and explained everything to my husband and I concerning our system. He explained the type of coolant that was needed, the system that would be best for my home, and the estimated cost. Very thorough and friendly. I would recommend Extreme to anyone that having heating/cooling issues.

After a lengthy fight with the chosen contractor from our home warranty we decided to go it on our own and called in Extreme Heating and Air. They came same day and fixed it on the spot. Wonderful customer service and an honest repair. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

My technician was here on time, called before he arrived to let me know he was enroute, was friendly yet professional, and promptly went about his business. He told me he would be here for four an hour to an hour and a half and he was finished and all wrapped up in just over an hour. He also complimented us on how clean our system is probably because we change our filter every 3 months. And he liked my dog.

Derek was on time; he was professional, knowledgeable and caring as he performed service on my heating and air unit. He took time to explain the functioning of the unit both in the summer and winter months. He. Explained the different services Extreme provided and the cost without being pushy.
