Jeff and the other guy (so sorry, forget his name) were awesome and got my central air up and running again. Fair priced, professional, and quick once they arrived. When I’m in need of heating/and or cooling I’ll be sure to use them again!

We had a complete new HVAC system installed in 2021 and also subscribe to their yearly system-maintenance plan. We LOVE this company, as all their techs have always been very professional, prompt, honest and do quality work. So glad we chose them over the competition!!! Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company!

They were quick to respond to my message on their website. Got me scheduled for my yearly service quickly as well. The gentleman who came out was very professional and polite, service was quick and very reasonable price. Will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Ryan was able to get my 15-year air conditioner up and running again which was a blessing considering temperatures outside were in the mid to high 80s. I am very impressed with Beavercreek Heating and Cooling/Five Star Home Services with their responsiveness and professional technicians. Highly recommend going with them anytime. Friendly and professional from the time they took my call to the technician Justin showing up! His explanation of the issue and showing me the defective part was very thorough.

Should have filled this in sooner. Lead Technician knows his HVAC took less than 15 mins to diagnose. His trainee struggled through the process but didn't give up. Definitely a small town feel company with the years of experience behind them.

The Heater would not stay on to heat. The repairman said it needed a new harness. They are ordering and will install once it comes in. The repairman was clean, polite, professional and honest. The heater is working right now but now sure how long it will stay connected. Thank you for your service.
