Dispatch called to let me know when tech would be here, and tech, Josh, called when he was on his way. All employees I had contact with were professional and polite. Josh quickly found the air conditioning problem and promptly fixed it. And this was on a Sunday. Josh found all the discounts I qualified for and applied them to the final bill, which was much lower than I expected. I will use Beavercreek Heating & AC from here on out. Great company!

AC wasn't cooling. Tech made a quick repair to the thermostat and checked out the whole system. Quick and painless, would use again.

The laborer, Josh, did and outstanding job of inspecting our air conditioning system and sharing his findings. He was most thorough and professional.
He even took the time to reconnect a bathroom vent duct. I offered him a $10 tip and he would not accept it no matter How much I insisted. He said, "that'll be my good deed for the day"' Josh was a "class" act.

I typically don't leave reviews unless I'm extremely happy, and this time is no different. Josh and Chad were here on time, got to work quickly to find the problem with my heating system, and were very professional. Josh talked me through my options of of either a repair or replacement. Seeing as how my system was 24 years old, and I wanted to sell the house in 2+/- years, the "band aid" fix (MY words not his) was not the best choice, even if it was the less expensive option. He was able to get me a great deal and with zero interest financing. So glad I called this company vs any of the others on Google or in my area. I would imagine that needing to get a heating system repaired or replaced is typically a stressful situation, but Josh and Chad made it so much easier ( and dare I say, enjoyable?) Would not hesitate to call for any services needed in the future and highly recommend this company. They truly live up to the 5 star name!

I used the online site to get in touch with Beavercreek Heating & Cooling. They texted back right away and scheduled a diagnosis. The next day, the tech came out (J.D.). He promptly found my issue and even gave me some tips on how to make things run better in my home. He was courteous and listened to everything I said. I will be doing business with Beavercreek Heating & Cooling for my future needs. I am impressed.

Update: had an AC tuneup. The drain was repaired, the coolant was checked, all the temperatures were measured and more. I really like the work of the service tech (Hassan). I am glad I’m doing business with this company.

Called them to fix my grandmother’s AC in her Beavercreek home and they came out same day. They called when they were on their way, they were on time, polite and respectful, and didn’t try to take advantage of a little old lady. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Justin Smith was very tenant,and friendly. He went through the the whole system and pin point it the problem. It could have cost me $800 he save me $500 I want to thank Justin smith if y’all got guys like him working for Five Star you guys are winning. Thank very much

Aaron came out and performed testing that other companies missed and found my issue. Told by competitor I would need a new system so a simple call to Beavercreek Heating and Cooling save me thousands. He showed up on time and completed work in less than an hour. Thanks again
