Beavercreek Heating & Cooling

I've had heating problems ever since I got this house, but 2 years ago when I started using Beavercreek Heating and Cooling those problems have been temporary annoyances at best. Every technician they've sent, Kevin most recently, has done a great job and have been very easy to work with.

Great service. After a poor service visit by another company, Beavercreek Heating and Air came out very quickly and did an excellent job fixing our air conditioner. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Would absolutely use them anytime.

Service was prompt and the technician was very knowledgeable. I believe his name was was Josh, did a quick and affordable repair to get me the summer. I will definitely turn to them for a replacement.

The team from Beavercreek Heating and Air did a great job removing our old Heating and AC unit and replacing it with a brand new system. Our AC unit went out after 19 years and not only did they give us a very fair quote but they were able to get it installed the next day. They had to bring a team up from Columbus to do it but they went out of their way to make sure we got our AC back up and running in 1 day during one of the hottest days of the year.

Instead of a salesman coming into our home and trying to over sale us on a system that was probably way more than we needed they gave us a no-nonsense quote at a fair price that will do everything we need it to do. I would highly recommend them when looking for any type of Heating and AC service.

Excellent customer attention. We had a problem during the install that required a followup visit - senior technicians took over and made everything right - even detected and fixed an issue unrelated to their installation.

Very prompt, professional and did a fantastic job for a terrific price! We also had them install a humidifier and air cleaner with our new HVAC system! Very pleased with everything; the technician and install guys were also awesome to work with. Thank you!!

The installers arrived promptly. They were very professional when speaking with me. The work was done very quickly at the quoted price, which was also a very good price.

I must also mention the gentleman who came out for the inspection/quote. He went through all of the options with me and answered all of the questions I had.

We like to thank Five Star, staring with Hassan Hashem whom assess the problem with our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions. Hassan is very personable, courteous and friendly. He has awesome customer service. Then Joe and Tim installed the unit. Kudos to them for the professional work installing our unit. They also did it in a timely manner, answered our questions were helpful in showing us how the unit works. We will recommend anyone to use this company with heating or air conditioner problems. Call then they will help you. They arrived on time. We are so happy with our new unit. I also wanted to say that Joe/Tim the installers noticed when they remove the new unit from the box it was damaged. They quickly contacted the office to get a new one delivered. Joe/Time were not going to installed a damaged unit. I really appreciated that.

Very satisfied great work and customer service

Very good deal for their systems, payed 1000s less, great friendly service and were able to come out and install within 2 days of the quote and finished up within just a few hours. Awesome service. 5 star has a customer for life.
