Brenneman Heating & Air

I have been dealing with Brenneman Heating for around 35+ years and wouldn't consider working with anyone else! Jan and Randy are the best on all levels. They are always pleasant and do their best to get here as soon as possible. I cannot imagine anyone giving them a negative review. i am sure they did not deserve it. They are the best!

Working with the Brenneman’s experience was very professional and the response was quick to get our HVAC fixed. We used them to install a new furnace and air conditioner in our son’s home and the attention to details were great. Randy was very good at ensuring the the outside unit was installed and neat.

I am giving Brenneman Heating and Air one star due to the horrible customer service that was given when there was a concern brought to their attention. I started out rather impressed with how quickly they were able to provide the service but it ended up being a nightmare. Dealing with Jan was very difficult after I brought a concern up to her. The flat service fee was not worth the work provided and there was dirt and mud left throughout the house. My husband asked if there was any way to get a discount he was told no. I reached out to Jan after that and was essentially told that we were lying, as they provide outstanding service, as they should, to all their customers. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who works in customer service. My husband also reached out and was also essentially called a liar as well. He was beyond furious and he told her to F off and hung up on her. I did not appreciate the promised phone call back, as her tone was rude and unprofessional. I asked several times how she was going to help us, if she could, and was told they couldn't do anything. I attempted several times to move on from the negative conversation with her but she insisted on giving her side of the story. She also kept saying how my husband and I both were cutting her off but she did it to me several times throughout the conversation. As a customer it makes me sick to think that someone who runs a business would behave in such a negative tone and manner. Nothing was taken care of for us. I hope that they are able to handle customer concerns more appropriately next time.

Great friendly service. Will definitely be buying my new furnace from Brenneman heating
