Where do I start? Exceptionally responsive-showed up for quote and job while sending texts alerting me before so I was prepared. Gave me full information on equipment needs at my house to make an educated decision on the best new air conditioning unit and quoted a very reasonable price. Finished the job early, cleaned the worksite and took all debris with him. All staff was courteous. I found my lifetime HVAC contractor in Erik with Do It All!

Our water heater went out right before we were supposed to leave for vacation (and on a Friday evening). Eric was at our house within the hour, and had our new water heater installed by the next afternoon (on a Saturday). I was also impressed that when he opened the brand new water heater and noticed a big dent, he took the time to go back and exchange it. His responsiveness, communication, and availability were priceless. He was also friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. We will absolutely use him for future needs around the house and will recommend him! Thanks again Eric!

Absolutely amazing service. Erik came out in the evening on a weekend to fix our AC. The person that came out before him charged two times the amount for the service fee and spent 1.5 hours trying to get me to purchase a 17k unit. Erik came out and serviced the AC with 100% honesty. Will recommend him to everyone I know!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Our a/c went out in June and we knew we would need a whole hvac replacement. When I called Erik for an estimate, he was here within 30 minutes and was straightforward and honest about what we needed. I never felt like I was being sold a bunch of things we didn’t need or want. The price beat every other estimate we had done. Within a day of approving our estimate with them, him and his crew were installing within a couple days. They were fast, polite and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

So nice and so quick to work with! They found a way to get us a brand new AC unit situated less than 24 hours after diagnosing the issue! It was the weekend before july 4th too, so I would have been ok waiting a few days around the holiday. Very nice man.

Eric came out on short notice on a Friday night when our furnace quit working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and over-nighted the part we needed and was able to come back as soon as he received it. He was very personable and knowledgeable and we would definitely use him again!

Came out and briefly looked over cooling unit and then collected service charge, which is overpriced, Have not heard from since, no follow up call or exchange after that. Contacted a real professional heating and cooling company they came out with a reasonable service charge and diagnosed the problem which was way more accurate

My furnace went out in the middle of the worst winter storm/temps I’ve ever experienced, worst of all it was Christmas eve. I called them and Erik was very responsive, and though he was very busy he took the time to help me diagnose my furnace and have it kicked back on for the time being until he could come repair. I’m extremely thankful! Great service
