We are excited for our new furnace installed by Stevenson Service Experts. The whole team has been great to work with. They have answered every question, and we had many. The install team, Trent, Justin, and Matt did a great job, and worked well together. Again, they answered all of our questions and left the area clean after the install. On Tuesday 7/4/23 I needed my heat pump repaired. I thought that since it was a holiday I would be charged a higher rate but the appointment was scheduled for that very same day. Cody Lewis and Luis Rosa came out. They were very friendly but professional. They had the heat pump fixed in about 10 minutes. They also noticed that my water heater was leaking and helped me schedule someone to come out and gave me an estimate on what it would cost. Luis took the time to show me how my water softener system worked and both he and Cody put the water softener pellets in for me. Then on 7/7/23 David Tuck came out to install the new hot water heater. He was friendly and professional. He went right to work and had it installed and working within about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with Stevensons and your staff. I will request Cody, Luis and David again when I need help. I have already recommended your company to others in my family. The cost for both visits was well below what I expected to pay. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Chad, Nick, and Stan came out first thing yesterday to get our tankless water heater and water softener installed. Quick and professional installation, and respectful of my home and my very anxious german shepherd. Excellent service.

Also an additional mark for Chad W, Justin N., Trent, Nick, and Cal for their excellent installation of our new mini split hvac system. Again, incredibly respectful of the household, did a great cleanup afterwards, and left us with a phenomenal new heating and air system.

Stan came out today to remove an old water heater. He made sure all water services were back up and running before leaving. He even took the extra time to to bring me salt for my water softener, and to double check an old water pipeline in my yard. Phenomenal service.

I came in to visit my 81 year old mother before she had surgery. She asked that I remodel her bathroom. I called Stevenson's to assist me with relocating the shower copper run and incorporate a set of shut off valves. Matt & Billy arrived as the dispatcher indicated they would, they were very courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this company. They really work hard to insure satisfaction. I absolutely would use again!

I called in asking for a replacement hot water heater and they had two installers out the next morning. Danielle in the office spent 30 mins on the phone with me discussing the options and took her time explaining everything including costs and financing. Chad W and Nick E showed up and got right to work. They explained what needed to be done and had the old stuff removed in the new tankless water heater installed in about 3 hours. It looks great and works great so far. You can see on the floor how much space this unit is saving me.

Stevenson installed our new furnace which included a heat pump. We have maintained their system check up for heat and AC for years. Today was the AC check up. Vincent Starr was my technician. He called to let me know exactly what time he would be here. Was here on time, very professional and polite, did a thorough check up of the unit.

My tech name was Kenneth Wooten. He was absolutely amazing. I loved his professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness. He was excellent and when done he took his time and explained what was going on and what he did to fix the issues. He also took the time to ask me if I had any questions. When needing services in the future please send Tech Kenneth Wooten every time.

We are a member of their advantage program where we pay a small monthly fee and get two maintenance tuneup sessions per year. This weekend we had some concerns with how our ac wad operating and in the middle of the day on a Saturday we had a tech on site within 30 minutes. They returned on Sunday to resolve our issue. Scott Carter did a excellent job for us. We have always had very positive experiences with their service techs.

My wife and I needed new HVAC lines run through our condo and we found Stevenson through a recommendation on Google. Chris, a member of the sales team, was great in getting all of our questions answered and our service scheduled. Lucas, and his partner, ran two new lines quickly. Lucas, hand fabricated a vent set up to be as minimally invasive as possible. They also capped the old lines we no longer needed. Highly recommended.

Through several electrical system/code issues, your techs, Dan and Shane, were super helpful and clear on what was going on. Additionally, your scheduling and installation planners were exceptionally helpful and empathetic to our individual situation and requirements. Finally, when an additional site review was required, Luis was exceedingly professional, totally straightforward, and helpful regarding our existing equipment. This resulted in a change to the pending installation, potentially avoiding future problems. We are very, very pleased with our experience and the final result. It wasn't easy or smooth, but the professionalism we experienced made it better than tolerable.
