Tony and Alex were the best service people I have ever had in my home. They were polite, respectful of me and my home, always used shoe covers, answered my questions with great patience and educated me on my new system. They are very fine young men. I also appreciated my initial visit from Mike, who explained things very well and was honest in his replies to my questions. I will recommend Extreme heating to all of my friends!

I am EXTREMEly please with the service I received and would highly recommend them for anyone needing heating/air work. From the time I called to the time my AC was back up and running was about 4 hours. The response was quick, the worker was professional, the price was reasonable for the work performed, and the work was guaranteed for 5 years with details provided in writing.

I have been a customer of Extreme Heating & Air Conditioning for over 15years. They are responsive. I have recently taken my business elsewhere as Extreme has changed their service contract requirements. First of all they raised their pricing 30%. Them they will give you a 10% reduction in the cost of a future A/C or furnace. I don't need Extreme to escrow my money for me. If I need a replacement A/C or Furnace and Extreme is competitive I would buy it. I don't need to be held captive.

It was the most professional and amicable experience I’ve had with any heating/air company. I really loved talking to Haley, she was wonderful on the phone, always answering quickly and being knowledgeable. For an old woman like me, I don’t understand a thing about my air conditioner, but I know when it doesn’t work. Nick was the guy who fixed it. Excellent work. Anyway, if you’re looking for a company who always goes above and beyond, here they are!

Although the tech was very knowledgeable and got my air running in a very timely manner, I was surprised to see that he left screws out of the outside unit casing. Overall good experience but the sloppy reassembly just sets a worrisome tone. What else was missed?
Installed the most expensive version of the part (not service techs fault) needed to get the system running. Would be nice if the company gave alternatives for us to make a choice. Why would I want to put the most expensive part in a unit that they tell me needs replaced? Wasted money.
