Very impressed with this company. Our 20-year old AC went out and we knew that replacing it was almost certainly our best option. Shaun came out to give us an estimate and was extremely transparent, friendly, and professional. There was no pressure or sneaky sales tactics, unlike other companies we talked with (*cough* Stevenson's *cough*) The estimate was affordable and seemed to offer a great value. I called him at one point to discuss alternate finance options and he simply told me what financing cost him and what he was able to offer. It's very easy to make informed decisions thisBecause of all this we decided to have Extreme's do the replacement.

They were able to come out and do the install within a couple of days and did a great job. We've loved our new system and would definitely use this company in the future.

They came and installed my new furnace and A/C unit. Andrew, Ryan, and Joey arrived on time and did their work until the job was done. They were professional and answered any questions I had.

Called because of some rattling noise, however it wasn’t anything but some loose screws. However, Eli inspected the AC unit and provided professional and quality customer service and was very thorough in explaining some potential areas of concern (with pictures) as well as the solution.

This was an emergency repair during a winter storm. They responded quickly. Fixed our furnace in record time and had us warming up faster than expected. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the problem completely. Would definitely use them again.

Kevin was punctual and did an excellent job of performing the necessary maintenance to my furnace. In the process he discovered cracks in my heat exchanger which he showed me. He had me setup with an appt within 2 hrs for their technical sales rep to come out and spec out all components needed to replace our furnace. I am getting great American made products installed within a week at a very fair price. Very professional and knowledgeable group to work with. I would definitely use them again.

These guys have been really good. They put in a new system for me in 2021. They've performed quarterly maintenance and I had a service call this morning. The tech was fast, knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely recommend.
