J&J Plumbing offers absolutely first rate service. Everyone we’ve ever had over to fix something, be it plumbing or electrical, is so friendly and nice. Steve and Jeremy were particular standouts. They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. If you’re looking to have some work done, whether it’s a big project or a small one, these folks will get you all fixed up.

Justin and Jason arrived on time and were very professional. They called me in advance to give me a heads up of when they would arrive. A quote was provided up front, which we agreed to, then the work was completed in a timely manner. They took the time to explain everything they replaced. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. I’d use them again in the future and recommend to others. Can’t comment on price because I didn’t get other quotes to compare.

I called on Thursday afternoon about a leaking water heater which was not heating.. An appointment was set for Friday am. Chase and Jason arrived promptly at 9am, carefully explained my options, and then quickly installed my new tank. Both men were very thorough and completely professional. I was able to get to my Friday afternoon appointment thanks to the prompt response and quick work of J&J. Thank you!

Austin and Garrett installed a furnace and central air conditioning unit into an older home that I own. There was some retro-fitting that was need (unanticipated) and Austin & Garrett had to stay later than 5pm. But they got the system installed to the point of having heat (needed because it was December) and then they came back the next day to finish up with some work needed in the attic and AC. The estimate was done a week ahead of the work, but did require a couple back-n-forth adjustments/corrections until it was clear what all I wanted to be done (there was a separate bathroom vent to be installed besides the Furnace / AC). The cost of the work was comparable to other price quotes I received, but I was really impressed with the professionalism of all J&J employees that worked on the project.

Really great work! They go out of their way to take care of you and make sure you get what you need. They know it's awkward to have people in your home and they make sure you are comfortable. Shout out to the guys in heating: Austin, Zach, & Cory, as well as the Electrical guys: Jeremy, David, & Monty. They don't pressure you to get anything more tjan what you need. Would recommend.

Andrew replaced both the hot & cold shut off valves for my outside water supply. He was on time, very courteous & efficient. He explained the cost before he started the job. He also made sure my water supply was back on & everything was working properly. I will be using J & J Plumbing again when the need arises.

I had my main drain cleared by Carl today! He was on time, gave professional service and gave me options for repairs. I am very pleased with my experience with this company!

We had a very good experience with J&J. I called a few other places and they said that the only open service appointment was months away in January. Not J&J. They were able to schedule me the next day in a time window that was convenient to me. Also, Zach was awesome. He spent the time to explain the maintenance he was doing and the overall condition of our furnace. He didn't push sales, just good, honest work. Highly satisfied with J&J and will call again.

No one wants to see a water leak in their ceiling - but I called J & J and they came the very next day. My technician- Justin did such a great job and was seriously one of the nicest people I ever met! I definitely will ask for him by name again and have a new plumbing company for life !

I called J&J plumbing when I came home from work and found my tub drain piping open and laying on my basement floor. They were able to answer after other plumbers were closed. They sent out their plumber Justin the next morning. He was on time, worked diligently and ensured after he was done that his work was done properly. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong with my plumbing and it it should be done properly. I will absolutely be using J&J again.
