The electricians were outstanding, David was very professional and knowledgeable! Did a great job installing ceiling fans, and light fixtures. Scott W. came to assist latter on and he to was very professional and knowledgeable as well. Outstanding work by both technicians and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend J & J for any plumbing, electrical, or heat and air work that needs to be done, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent experience with J&J Plumbing. Had an issue with my water heater and they were out here the next day and we ended up replacing our current system. The technicians (Justin & Jason) were professional and took time to explain the process. The quote process was simple and easy and we were provided with multiple options. Justin and Jason did a clean install and everything looks great. They were also able to troubleshoot and fix a pipe issue with my sump pump during the water heater install. I will be using J&J going forward for my plumbing, furnace, and electric work!

Vinnie and especially Chase did a great job replacing our kitchen sink faucet, washroom tub faucet, outdoor spigot, and replaced our water turn off valve. 10/10 would recommend!

My family only trusts J&J. We’re new to this area and didn’t know who to turn to in January to replace our AC and and heating units which went out. J&J took care of everything. Austin B stopped by back in May to turn the AC on for us before it got too hot. Then sure enough our sump pump went out last night. Called J&J yesterday and Rachel picked up and was quick to send Chase B over here this morning to replace it also. J&J is the best. Honest. Hard working. Kind to my kids. They find the problem and fix it right away. Thanks guys!

Justin was one of the most efficient and caring serviceman I have ever used at my home. He explained everything he was doing and why when I asked. He was able to get the old unit working but after he told me what could happen; I decided to purchase a new unit. Not high pressure selling just plain honesty. They had a new unit here in a very short time. Also when I needed I called the company the gentleman that answered was very nice and able to schedule relatively quickly. His name is Jake. I have had different questions about the company and other information I need several different occasions. He was most helpful and got me all the information I asked for. I have the feeling the whole company is this good and would recommend them to anybody.

J&J’s customer service was exceptional! The ladies were so warm and accommodating over the phone. Scott and Gabe came to our home to fix our upstairs sink and got it done in under an hour. They were so nice about everything, including suggestions for a faucet replacement. Would HIGHLY recommend J&J to anyone and everyone. So happy with their service and results!

The sales and installation teams were very professional, offering good suggestions and advice. The plumbing rough in for my new home was done quickly and correctly. A pleasure to work with and I’m looking forward to them and their HVAC teams completing our home

Carl and Austin were very professional. I was explained everything step by step. The repaired my hot water boiler heater and installed water lines so I could bring my washer and dryer to my main floor. It was an excellent experience. This company has excellent employees who have years experiences. I also used the electric team to have all my 100 year old outlets rewired and replaced.
