Zach came out and did a checkup on our furnace. He was great. Explained everything to me and let me know my husband could call with any questions. He thoroughly went over our furnace, suggested many helpful hints and even was kind to our dogs. We will be calling J&J for all our needs. This is our second service with the company and couldn’t be happier with the price, work and outcome.

FANTASTIC service from start to end. Called for A leak and Chase was here the next day and fixed it. They do know what they are doing! Will definitely call again thank you very much.

Very professional service by Scott and Vinnie to install new faucets for our washing machine. This is the fourth or fifth time we have used J&J for our plumbing needs over the last 10 years and we will continue to rely on them. Highly recommended.

I had a good plumbing installation experience today with J&J. The technician, Jared, installed a new shower diverter assembly for a bathroom renovation project. He did a good job explaining the approaches we had to the work, different heights choices for diverter, tub spout, and shower outlet, and talked me through the possible next steps after the tub is installed and tile is finished.

Carl and Jared did an excellent job installing our new water heater.

I want to add that I just had my first AC check as a comfort club member. Zach was a super smart and nice guy. He gave the AC the ok and told me what to do to keep it that way.

Needed a water line replaced and they came out quickly to fix it. Chase and Jason did a great job. Best part was I didn’t have to wait around all day. Thanks again. I’ll be using them in the future for sure.

We needed a replacement of our kitchen faucet. Carl was sent out the next day and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. He gave us an estimate in the beginning and asked if we approved. After the job was done, he made sure it worked perfectly, and ensured that we were 100% happy with his work.

The installers hung two ceiling fans in rooms with vaulted ceilings. They did a fantastic job. They also installed 3 outside lights and fixed a switch that stopped working. I would highly recommend.

Chase was our plumber today and did a wonderful job. He was super friendly, honest and just a good worker.
