From the initial phone call to the work being completed, I was so impressed with J&J Plumbing. Their professionalism and customer service is unmatched. When Justin arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and so polite. He answered all of my questions and worked efficiently. I won’t go anywhere else for my plumbing needs, and I’ll definitely be requesting Justin again! Thanks for all that you guys do!

We used J&J Plumbing to fix a leaking pipe and they were great. Andrew and Jason called first, were right on time, very pleasant and friendly, were even friendly with our little barking dog! Andrew and Jason had the problem fixed in no time and we certainly appreciated them!

5-star experience with J&J. Chase provided excellent service in resolving an issue with our shower drain. At my request, he even took the time to take a look at the sink to ensure that no other problems were on the horizon. This isn’t our first time using J&J. They have earned our business with their effectiveness and professionalism.

Recently moved into a home and had issues with a brand new HVAC leaking/overflowing onto our drywall. Austin with J&J came out and quickly deduced the system was installed without any know-how. Austin was clearly experienced and did what the other guys should have done in no time at all. Will definitely be giving them a call and requesting him by name if anything else comes up.

Garrett, Brandon, and Braden were outstanding! Super-professional, clear in instructions, and finished a big job in one day--a complete re-install of a furnace and A/C unit originally installed in 1989. I expected the house to be overrun for at least two days, but these guys knocked it out in a full workday.

The job was easy--AND under-budget--from estimate to install. Great work, team!

On 5/23 Zack came to install a UV air cleaner in my furnace and do A/C maintenance. He did a very professional and thorough job. Very pleased. Then 6/4 my furnace blower quit. Zack came, blower motor gone, but could order/install one Monday. 6/5 Cory came to install the blower motor. He checked everything carefully to make sure that all was running well before he left. Again, a very nice person.
On 6/7 Justin came for the plumbing inspection (including hot water tank maintenance) and made recommendations for several things that needed done. He could actually do them that day or I could spade them out. One and done sounded good to me. He prepped everything, then Gabe joined him when supplies delivered and they worked great as a team to get all issues resolved. Both were very nice. Justin was able to answer all of my questions regarding the plumbing issues. I am very pleased with the service received from J and J Plumbing.

J and J actually called and offered to come earlier than expected! Jared was very polite and professional. He analyzed the problem and the motor of the disposal needed replaced. I was given several choices and he was able to do the repair right then. He did an excellent job and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I am so very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be using them again!!

Extremely professional, very easy to set up appointments with and workers were on time, thorough and just as polite, quick, and professional as the reception service. They were more than happy to answer questions and share the knowledge they had, which was also a plus.

My plumber got my rusted out laundry box changed out with quarter turn valves and my line from my dishwasher to the disposal hung proper so my dish washer no longer as sitting water. He also set up my great new hose bib that replaced another rusting unit outside.

Zach got my AC fixed and explained to me what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future, and even made some recommendations to help my asthmatic wife with air quality that have genuinely helped her.

Scott and Jeremy got my bathroom fan installed and a miswired outlet to stop shorting every time its switch was flipped, and you'd barely know they had been there with how well it was all cleaned up.

Just wanted to say how professional this company is. They were on time and did wonderful work. Jared, our technician, was great. He was prompt and explained everything. Would definitely recommend this company to all family and friends. Great job!
