Austin did a maintenance inspection on my air conditioner which wasn't working and did a thorough cleaning. He explained everything as he was doing it and explained the cost of repair and the cost of a new A/C. He left the choice up to me and I decided to go for the new A/C because of the age of the old one. The service was excellent and I would recommend J&J to anyone. Louise Martin

Excellent service! Friendly people answering the phone and Dawson was incredible! Did the job quickly and even gave my two dogs a tennis ball to play with! Highly recommend these guys! I’ll be calling them again next time I need a plumber!!!

I had the best experience with this company. All of the employees are friendly, professional and well qualified. Jason and Justin did a wonderful job with our toilet repair, Zach was beyond excellent walking me through the HVAC maintenance, and we had the best electrical team work on rewiring several rooms that I cannot remember their names but were at my home one Wednesday the 10. Thank you again for all the great work!!!

Zach was great in getting the specs and estimate for a new furnace unit. Very knowledgeable and gave great insight into our needs. Adam was out a few weeks prior for hot water tank maintenance and was excellent as well.

Chase came in response to a drain leak on our bayed kitchen that was leaking outside. We have a walkout basement and the leak was coming out from the overhang. Chase repaired it and had a remediation company come to deal with the mold. A few days later we had another leak in the finished basement. It turns out the plumber that the builder used did not install the plumbing properly. Chased had to make several repairs to get the problem solved. J&J were very responsive and Chase was very thorough in explaining and showing and explaining to my wife and I the issues and what needed to be done to fix them. The cost was very reasonable. J&J will be the only company I call from now on. Thanks Chase for the great job you did on these repairs.

We have not contracted with them yet for their services but Nathan and Adam were just here to give me an estimate. I was so impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism that I thought it warranted a review all on its own. I am confident that we are making the right choice by choosing them for our plumbing needs. I'll be calling the office tomorrow and setting up an appointment.
