I had an issue with a leaking pipe off of our hot water tank. J & J was able to get someone out very quickly. Scott C was able to provide great service and fixed the issue very quickly. In addition, Scott reviewed some other issues that were unrelated and was very professional and knowledgeable. Will certainly use this company again, specially Scott for any plumbing needs!

I primarily dealt with Dave for electric but he also had Scott and Jeremy with him on the job. Dave discovered a previous electrician from another had improperly installed a breaker the powered my dryer and explained what could happen down the line and showed me pictures of the corrosion. Sure enough those complications began to manifest within 2 weeks and the electric to my house began to short out. Due to lack of space I had to do a full panel replacement and I had outlets installed to relocate my stove and install a dishwasher. They showed up early and stayed late to ensure the job was done right. Due to an influx in family members temporary staying at my house it is also in disarray. The team remained professional and respectful and did not judge. It was also nice that Dave who I had familiarity with from my inspection remained my primary point of contact while the team was on-site. Happy to be a club member! 5 stars!!!

Carl and Gabe were awesome!! They were early and very professional. They wore shoe covers to prevent dirt in our house and made sure to answer questions we had. The work was done very well and they cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely return for any more work we may need done!! Thank you

We initially used J&J to inspect and repair a water leak we suspected was from a toilet. Justin came out quickly, was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting us started in the restoration process. Now that the damage is repaired, we called J&J again to have to reinstall the toilet. Justin and Vinny came out this time, and again they were prompt, professional, and kind. They gave me a fair, upfront price before beginning work, then started and finished in a flash. Both were great, and we'll definitely recommend J&J to all our friends and family. Thanks guys!

I have given Justin a five star rating and am now responding to a third request for a comment on J&J Plumbing.

I called about a leaking faucet which became a greater problem when I could not operate the shutoff valves in the bathroom. He required approval of the valve repair before addressing the leak. That part went quickly. I thought a repair on a Moen fixture would be the easy part; but not really …

As he started to disassemble the valve, he discovered that he needed a special tool, a small pipe with two notches, that was in the possession of another J&J worker in another suburb. Upon returning, he removed the worn part; then needed to go to a supply house for a replacement part. In all, he completed both jobs in two hours even though he was gone from the site for half that time. I can’t blame a worker for a poorly equipped truck.

My biggest complaint with J&J’s new policies (I’ve used them for decades) is the constant “contact”. From my call for service on Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday afternoon, I received an email, two texts and two phone calls reminding/announcing his coming. In the next thirty hours, I have had no less than four emails/texts asking for an evaluation plus a phone call asking me to complete a survey. This morning your request that I’m answering now. This does not include the reminders to have inspections of my AC/plumbing/electric service. ENOUGH!

Cory was our maintenance guy. We've dealt with him a few times and he's always cheerful, respectful and honest. Problem isn't fully solved yet but he's making every attempt to get it rectified. So far, he's managed to fix what he could right now to help make us comfortable. He's a wonderful person!

Justin was terrific! Give him a gold star. Priced up front, I knew exactly what repairing another plumber's mistake would cost. Justin clearly explained what the issues were and walked me though his proposed solution which was very sensible. He arrived on time, completed his work in less time than I thought it would take, cleaned up after himself, and explained exactly what work he did. If I need J&J's plumbing services again, I'll ask for him to perform it.

Carl was very helpful with finding the issue, and informative on what part to order from the warranty for my water heater. Jared came out next day on short notice, was punctual and informative on what he would be repairing on the water heater. Professional across the board from both technicians and I'm am very happy with my service. 5/5 rating for my service.

David was at our home to do an overall safety and maintenance check of our electrical systems. He was punctual, which was very important to us today as we both had places we needed to be. David was very professional, and he made recommendations for us to consider in the future without being pushy or upselling. We had quotes before he left our home. J & J has been very reliable and efficient in our history of dealing with this company for our air conditioning and furnace needs. My husband and I can--and have--highly recommended J&J to family and friends.

Had my hot water tank stop working, was in need of a new one. Chase came out, confirmed tank was done (20+ years old),presented me with several options and installed a new one in about 2 1/2 hours instead of having to wait a day or more. Shout out to Chase for doing an excellent job!!! Will definitely be using these guys for any future needs
