J&J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

Jeremy came out for electric to add more outlets to my garage and install a new camera and outdoor light, and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up after himself when he was, very friendly, and on time!

I also had Scott, Justin and Blaire out for plumbing issues and they were great as well! All three guys have great manners and are very personable.

Austin came out for HVAC to do a once over on our AC unit and he was great! Very nice and had great manners as well as talked to me about everything that he was doing, and what he did.

J&J just earned a new long term customer!

On 3/22/23, I had J&J service my main sewage drain due to a blockage. They cleared up the block fast enough, but 2 weeks later, the drain clogged again. I called J&J again, and they sent their tech out again. He cleared the blockage fast enough again, but advised he did not know why it clogged up again so quickly, and suggested I order another ~$1200 in service to run a camera and hydrojet, and *maybe* that would help. Additionally, he advised they would no longer warranty the service they've provided. 2 days later, before I even had time to consider this, the drain clogged up again. I called a different plumber, who arrived within the hour, found tree root blockage that was clearly missed by J&J on their first 2 attempts due to them not snaking far enough, and ran a camera to verify the drain was now clear to the street. For 25% less than what J&J charged for just the cleaning, at that.

J&J looked for the easiest solution to open the drain temporarily, then tried to up charge when their quick fix proved to be inadequate. Won't be trusting them again.

Jared was quick, thorough and gave me multiple options/price points for the issues at hand. He was professional and friendly. Was also very mindful of cleaning up the areas he worked in, as well as respecting the house with boot covers.

Sunday night my sewer line backed up into my basement.

J&J came out to help access the issue to find there needed more work to be done.

After talking to Andrew he assured me the route we would take is the best. I agreed and he quoted me everything saying they would get it handled later in the week.

We called in the am and they came out the next day.

Andrew brought Jason and they took care of everything.

Their knowledge and attention to detail was amazing.

I had Scott C. and Gabe come out to fix a water leak and replace a hot water heater. They arrived on time after calling to say they were on their way. they looked at my concerns and gave me an estimate within minutes. they got the job done quickly and didn't mine me watching as they worked and cleaned up afterwards. Before leaving they double checked the pilot light on the hot water heater and made sure there was hot water.

J &J provided. Very quick to get an appointment and get a plumber out. Andrew and Jared resolved the issue within minutes, got the work done and were on their way. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company to others.

Zach came out to do our routine maintenance on the AC. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. Gave some good tips on maintaining the equipment correctly. Answered all my questions. So far have used J&J twice and both times very positive experiences.

Jared was fantastic. He was thorough and fixed our clogged kitchen sink. He was very professional and made sure to let us know his plan before starting. Great job.

Very pleased with Preston and J&J. Preston was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He saved us almost $3100. We had an issue with our plumbing for awhile and another plumbing company estimated nearly $4k in work. Preston discovered we didn’t even need that work completed. He inspected everything and included us in the process. Moral of the story, always get a second opinion/estimate and stick with the best at what they do. Thank you J&J and especially thank you to Preston - your expertise, demeanor and kindness is greatly appreciated.
