Zach did an awesome job coming out and evaluating our old AC unit, and explained all the options that would be best for replacing it. He helped me to understand a lot of things that I was not aware of. He was very professional, nice, and, knowledgeable.

Our inspection report on our new home came back with multiple plumbing issues. Scott and Gabe from J&J did a full diagnostic, sent us an estimate and got us back up and running in no time! We also signed up for a service plan and got an additional discount. Highly recommend!

Andrew and Jason were on time and very knowledgeable. They were able to snake our drain and give us reasons why it was an ongoing issue. The fact that HVAC and electrical are available with the same company is a huge plus. Will definitely use them in the future.

I am a customer of many years. And I like how they explain what there going to do up front with no hidden cost. Very professional.Not only did Jared come to hook up my gas dryer. Before work was was started he found a water pipe that needed to be replaced. That's why I always call them very Reliable, honest business! I highly recommend them.

AC issue. Made the call n scheduled a tech. Austin B. Showed up on time and did an inspection to see what's wrong. He also went over the options to fix the problem. Respectful of the property and inside the house, friendly and courteous. Great job!

It was the technician, "Austin" who impressed me the most.
I had what could be considered a bit of a challenging situation with the location of my A/C being up in the attic and a couple of other issues. From start to finish, Austin was extremely professional and friendly. He patiently answered my questions and explained things in a way I could understand.

Chase installed the battery backup for our sump pump. We were very happy with the work he did. He was very nice and polite. We chatted a little bit and he was also very knowledgeable about the system.

Adam and Jared from J&J spent two days at my house replacing the plumbing to the upstairs bath in my century home. Nothing is standard in my house, and the first plumber that came out looked at it and decided it would be a $50k bathroom redo, no other options. Adam worked with me to find a way to keep my charming bathroom intact, working with me to open walls and get creative to run new drainage and supply lines to everything. After demo and the work, it still came in under $10k. Extremely happy to have a working bathroom, at a reasonable price, and couldn't have asked for two nicer guys to have in my house for two days.

Avoid this business at all cost if you can. Technitions are professional and timely, but the business engages in high pressure tactic and encourages monthy subscriptions​ that would border on a scam. It took months for me to get the subscription cancelled and when they finally got around to it I was expected to pay back the minor discount I got for having dispite having paid 3 times the standard rate to get a 240v outlet installed. They have standard prices for every job and are not open to negotiation for considerations such as having an exposed ceiling that should make the work easier
