I have used Beckwith for over 20 years and they are awesome. They maintained my old furnace when I moved into this hours back in 2000 and installed a new furnace in 2012 and have maintained it. They have great service and I will be having them replace my old whole house A/C soon. Thanks Beckwith.

I'm very happy with their service. Their techs are willing to explain everything they are doing during a tune up and offer suggestions for maintenance.
This year I had my furnace break down and they were able to come repair it, less than 12 hours after I called, at a shockingly low price.

Beckwith was used by my contractor to install a mini split system into our new 4-season room addition. The installers were young and left quite a mess during install. Their lunch wrappers, food bits and screws were all over the ground around the fan unit.

I had asked to incorporate a Nest thermostat to the unit. It took several visits, failed attempts and finally a different technician to get it working. It was working fine since 12/8, but this morning (12/22) the heat stopped and the room was 53 degrees.

I called to get a technician out to fix it, but they were booked and could only schedule me in 4 days. I told them it was an emergency and I have expensive electronics in the room that would be destroyed by then. I asked if I could get another company out to fix it, could they pay the bill since they aren’t available for 4 days. Yes, I know it’s Christmas weekend, but plenty of occupations have emergency service options. HVAC is definitely one of them. Well…NOT Beckwith.

The secretary put me on hold for a manager. The manager gets one and said there is nothing he could do. Things break all the time and they wouldn’t pay the bill of another company. I had to wait till Tuesday. Customer service experience is not something this guy has. He in NO WAY offered any solutions to help me. I said their craftsmanship was bad and he argued against it. Really guy…your company installed and had issue after issue getting everything working for several months with little to no communication and NOW you’re telling me that isn’t bad craftsmanship that it’s broken AGAIN!?!?!

I called my contractor and he is fed up with them, so they will lose his business and my business. It’s unacceptable. My contractor even offered to pay for another company to come out and fix it.

PLEASE listen when I say don’t walk away from this company…RUN!! Use Kimmel or anyone else.

We have used Beckwith in the past at our old house and just had to call on them again at our new home. Their prompt response and professionalism is unmatched. The techs are always friendly, courteous, honest and fair. They explain all options and all parts of the process. I have never felt as though they were trying to up-sell or talk us into anything extra. They took my family's needs into consideration and for that I am extremely grateful. We will continue to use Beckwith for all future needs.

We’ve been using Beckwith ever since we moved into our home 2 years ago. All of the hvac systems were on their last legs and we’ve had to replace the furnace, ac and just recently replaced the boiler. The folks at Beckwith are truly top notch. They are knowledgeable, fair, thorough, dependable and very nice. From Bruce, the owner, to the technicians that service and install, I can’t say enough good things about them.

Tried to utilize their services but since I “didn’t purchase the mini split unit through them” they won’t install it. There seems to be a lot of this going around these days. They say it’s because they can’t give you a warranty on the work but the unit has a manufacturer warranty so at the end of the day you either want my money or you don’t. Its different if we’re talking used equipment getting pulled from one location and installed on another but if we’re talking brand new equipment, not sure what the problem is. It’s hard to find good services now a days that isn’t trying to get a mark up profit from you. The HVAC industry is especially notorious for this. Gave a 3 because she was nice on the phone.

After discussing issue with rep who made the appointment and recommended the 10 point inspection and said it would cover my issue, didn't find out until the guy actually arrived, who didn't fully understand why he was there and had to discuss with him again the problem, then he looked at my furnace and then informed me that the 10 point wouldn't cover it, it would be additional. so communication between scheduler and workman needs to be better or the scheduler needs to determine what the right cost is before telling the customer the wrong info.

Always honest and well priced. I recently needed a new furnace and was quoted for one. When I informed Dave that I will likely be moving within a year or two, he quoted me a different furnace that saved me nearly $1000. He stated the only difference between the two is the original came with a 10 year warranty, but since the warranties do not transfer, there was no need to pay for a furnace with a 10 year warranty. While I had enough space heaters and told them I did not need any, they still dropped some off until they were able to install the new furnace, which they did within 48 hours of my original service call.

My family and I have relied on Beckwith for well over a decade and I feel fortunate to have found such a trustworthy and reliable company.
