We scheduled a tune-up and maintenance for our furnace. The technician, Antonio, was on time, professional, explained what he performed and our furnace has been working better since his work was performed. The staff accommodated several scheduling changes for us and we were informed of the arrival ahead of time. Excellent service.

We used Beckwith to install our new more efficient furnace and blower about 7 years ago. Annual check ups on the system and a recent repair of a leaking ac unit. Very happy with their services and highly recommend!

My furnace recently gave up on life. I could hear it taking it's last breathes (aka attempting to start), but alas, by that evening it was gone.

At 8 am the next morning I gave Beckwith a call. We're new to the area so I wasn't sure who to call. I had no recommendations to follow through with. The phone was promptly answers and to my surprise and delight they were able to have a service tech out within the next few hours.

He arrived 2 hours later and after a quick trip to our basement he diagnosed the problem, retrieved a part that revived our furnace and did some maintenance to make sure everything was cleaned and back in working order.

Billing was straight forward and I felt very reasonable.

Thanks for not leaving us out in the cold! You'll be the only sticker we leave on our furnace!
