Scott C. was an amazing technician to deal with both times he was called to our house, first to diagnose the issue and second to replace our now replaced water heater.

Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience when dealing with an issue like this, all things considered!

Scheduling was easy and they sent Justin and Jared out the same day. They looked over and explained the problem with the old water heater. They offered choices for a new water heater and installed it the same day in less than 2 hours. Great service.

Justin did a great job replacing our old, outdoor water faucet. He was efficient, personable, and careful in our home (the job required indoor and outdoor work). We definitely will return to J&J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric in the future.

J and J saved us. We had a HVAC system installed in 2021 but unfortunately the company did not complete the job nor do if fully correct. They are now out of business so we could not get them to fix the problems. J and J came in and made it all right. They are such a gift to our area. Jeremy, Monty and David completed the electrical portion of the job. They were excellent. I highly recommend J and J for any needs you may have.

Had Chase & Jason out to fix a leaking pipe in the basement. They showed up on time. They explained what was wrong & had the leaking joint replaced quickly & professionally.

Had Andrew & Jason out later the same week to fix a clogged drain. They were able to get it unclogged quickly without hurting the aging pipes. Shower drains better than ever.

Chase and Vinny were very polite and completed the job in a timely manner. They explained everything in great detail and ensured their work was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Last week Austin was at our home for the Comfort Club service for our AC. The next day Scott and Mitch(?) was out for a plumbing problem. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. We have used J and J before and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all involved. Jim F.
