Element Service Group Mechanical LLC

Element installed two new systems for our house a couple of years ago and since then anytime we have needed service they have been excellent. Trey, who is my favorite technician, has excellent customer service skills and knows his business.

Our AC went out and it was 7:00pm before I realized it. In less than 2 hours from my initial call, they arrived onsite, assessed and resolved the problem and were on their way. I can’t say enough good things about the technician Greg or their level of professionalism overall. Highly recommend Element!!

AMAZING Service,Greg and Chris saved the day. We just moved in to our new home less than 1 month ago. We had an issue with our HVAC system. We had a warranty situation with our HVAC and the Element crew could not have been more responsive. Christina in the office communicated well. Conner and his crew of techs Kyle, Brian and Devon were on their game having to diagnosis a tricky situation. In the end, problem solved with parts and extensive labor fully covered. Element Service Group is absolutely the best HVAC company serving the Triangle. They have been the only company we have used for years. Not only do they know their stuff but they truly stand behind their work. We also recently had our HVAC equipment stolen from our office and Element moved heaven and earth to get it replaced in a couple of days. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

I had a complete reinstallation due to the age of HVAC system in my home. The consultation experience separated them from other bidders. Element Group took their time to give a thorough overview of what was needed and made suggestions on a better setup of ductwork for longer life expectancy of system. The install went smoothly and they finished ahead of schedule. We ran into a couple issues after install due to bad wiring (it's an older home). Element came out the day I called (Saturday) and fixed initial problem, then came out again the following Monday when I called again because another issue popped up.

The time that Element Group takes to explain next steps and make suggestions is awesome. They're a very diligent, efficient, and sincere group of specialists that I will happily recommend to anybody with HVAC needs.

Element service group has been a great addition to my home maintenance. My AC broke at the beginning of summer and they came out and fixed it with new parts that week. I feel safe having them watch over my family.

Our heat pump was not working. Connor came out and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was very professional and personable and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Element .
