I have used Element for over a decade. I have found them to be extremely responsive and professional. Their techs are kind and knowledgeable.

Our service Rep - Antonio was everything you would want in a service person. Responsive, on time, polite, efficient and effective.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. Todd came out on time, provided a reasonable estimate, and checked in with me throughout the entire project--he really went the extra mile to help.
The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful. After the job was done they removed all trash/debris and left the space in better condition than when they arrived. Hope I don't have another HVAC issue, but if I do, Element will be my first call!

The commercial business I work for has used Element since 2014. They did great service on our units during that time.

So, I had an issue with home AC called Element. Before the tech even looked at the issue, he stated " You have to replace your unit". I ask him did he know how to repair. In which he finally did search for the problem. Then he states it will cost half of the replacement cost to fix the problem. I choose to get another company to do the repairs for half the quoted cost from Element. (NOTE they do not break our the invoice to see parts and labor cost)

Now, this week one of our units at work is down. They decided to call Element. SHOCKER, Element stated "have to replace the unit." The owners are angry, and so disappointed.

Something has changed with this company. If you want over priced repairs or a new unit, this may be the company for you.

I have now used Element Service Group three times over the last three years to run a gas line to a pool heater and to replace downstairs and upstairs AC units on two separate occasions. I truly wish every service company that I use for other aspects of my home were as professional, courteous, and attentive as all of the people that I have interacted with at this company. I am also impressed with their lack of turnover, as we have seen the same people on multiple occasions and they have remembered us even two years later. You will not find better service professionals!

Antonio, although looking like he wasn't old enough to do the job did do the install, corrected issues from previous unsuccessful installer, brought this technically-challenged owner up to speed with thorough explanations. Happy camper here.

Element Service Group has installed, maintained and repaired our residential and commercial property systems for years. They are always "Johnny on the spot" always exceeding our expectations.
