I'm in the process of buying a new house, and have been present when the bi annual HVAC inspections were done (by other companies) - 10 minutes, in and out. Imagine my surprise when the home inspector told me that the units had never been properly maintained! I called Element to come in for service and evaluation. The technician spent two hours servicing the furnace and evaluating the A/C! You can be assured I have already committed to regular maintenance. Now I feel confident that all is well!

We had them to install a completely new AC/heat HVAC system and was treated with kindness an professionalism the entire time. We didn't even know the companies name until recommend by a close friend and through alot of prayer. By far Element came in with the lowest quote on the system and provided us a top of the line TRANE unit. In our situation we also had to have construction for home modification to accommodate the new system which they handled beautifully as well. So highest marks on every aspect of our transaction. To the team that helped us out Wes, Larry, Austin, Pedro, Kevin and Leo may God bless you and keep you in the years to come! We will see you all again for servicing to keep ours in top shape and I will certainly recommend this company to others no doubt.

This company is very dishonest and they are not to be trusted I have been dealing with this company for 6 years and they still haven’t got my hvac system working properly they installed the unit when my house was built they installed a 3 ton unit on my new construction home there was an issue with the unit before my house closing but was not notified they just repaired it and hid the fact that there was an issue the unit last almost 2 years then a new 3 ton unit was installed did my research there should have been a 4 ton unit installed not a 3 ton unit filed complaint with state they then came and installed a 4 ton unit that still didn’t fix my issues with air flow in certain rooms of my house now I have a home that cost me a lot of money to heat in the winter and cool in winter and they refuse to correct the issues don’t do business with this company you will regret it coming from a disabled veteran stay away now I have to file a civil lawsuit to correct the issue and to be made whole 6 years of trying to get them to do the right thing

This team is great! They did a full 2 unit replacement with ducting, new thermostats and made sure everything was all set and up to code. I would use Element for all my needs going forward. Huge shoutout to Pedro, Leo, Kevin and Austin for all their hard work!

Connor found a dangerous crack in our furnace heat exchanger while doing a routine check-up. The part came in early, and he was here the next day. He and his associate were extremely respectful of our house and dog. They installed the new part and tested everything thoroughly before they left. We could not ask for better service.

I had a great experience with Farik assessing the status of our heating and cooling units. He was professional and friendly. I particularly appreciated his honesty in regards to our older unit of 14 years. It is working fine and will need to be replaced eventually but is working well for now. I highly recommend Farik.
I previously had a different company check my units and was told the older one needed to be replaced immediately. This was 3 years ago.

The men that came out were on time, professional and good communicators about the services they were performing. Will definitely use them again!

My AC stopped cooling and I work from home. I needed the unit serviced quick. I posted my need and got a response almost as quick as i pressed enter. The rep said they had an appointment open for this afternoon. She explained the initial service call and diagnostic fee which seamed fair. The tech was able to come even earlier than expected. Devin was courteous while i explained what i needed and went right to work. After a professional diagnosis with modern equipment he explained the problem and expected charges I agreed and in no time my AC was blowing cold again. Excellent professional service, at no time did i feel uneasy with this service call and the price was fair especially for this level of service. As an engineer in the service profession i'm not easily impressed. I'm happy to say i'm impressed, keep up the good work.

Devin provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. He installed two Nest E thermostats in my home. After installation he fully tested each thermostat to make sure they were working properly and he answered all my questions about the unit. Highly recommend this business.

Great team. They had the AC until up in running in no time. They had to re-route vents under the house (which is gross) and when they done you would never had known any one had been in the house or around the property. They did such a great job my husband suggested them to the company he works for and they're now the primary service group!! Shout out to Connor and the rest of the team.
