Did not have a good experience with this company the only positive thing was I was able to get them out after hours and they did get the unit back running due to a clogged line now it did cost a lot which I don’t mind paying if the job is done correctly. They were contacted about the unit being off ( which was fixed) and a large piece of duct work being off. All that was needed on to fix the duct work was a reducer to make a 16 inch flex fit a 14 inch pipe. What I got was a piece of tape to hold the duct work that fell within 5 hours of them coming and when I called back and requested the reducer be done I was advised it would cost an additional $250 which is insane after I’ve already paid over $200 and the problem occurred again within 5 hours of the tech leaving. I called a different company who’s now responding to do the job for $70.00 that’s a pretty big difference from $250. Do your homework folks make sure the company don’t just want to take you for a ride. Definitely would not use again.

Great local company. Scheduling a service or routine maintenance call is quick and easy. All the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and professional. They offer honest advice and do not generally push sales of replacement parts unless genuinely needed.

I have a maintenance contract for my heat and AC, so they come out twice a year to check the systems, which gives me some peace of mind. All of the contractors have been very knowledgable and professional. When there's an issue, they usually respond quickly.

Andrew came out to look at my pool heat pump and diagnosed the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. All we have to do is wait on a part and away we go.

As part of my semi-annual cleaning and inspection, the technician noticed organic material on the cooling coil. I lieu of fully cleaning the coil as part of the maintenance service, he recommended separate cleaning maintenance. As described on my bill, "Air scrabubber recommend $975+ tax." I confirmed that this was not a coil replacement. I believe the pricing is excessive, since I do not believe this is a 8+ hour job. Sorry, I cannot recommend Element.

Element took the time to do the job right. They took the time to makes sure all details of the routing of lines and cables were clean. It was refreshing to see there is actually a quality service provider still out there.

This company is awesome! My A/c went down in the middle of summer and they had a new system in for me the next day!!! I thought this was great, and my wife thought it was even better. Lastly - the price they gave me was lower than the other two companies I called!
