From the very first call they were extremely helpful. Answering all of my questions and even gave answers to questions I hadn’t thought of. I searched other companies and sure I could have saved a few bucks, but when you know you just know. I scheduled the service on a day that I already had intended to be home and they were very accommodating. The technician called to let me know he was on his way at the time expected. He took great measures to ensure that my house remained clean and respected. He showed up with credentials for me to be assured he was from element and after introducing himself he put on shoe covers and commenced to doing his job . He was very respectful to me as well as giving my dog Winston a big ole belly rub. Note Winston doesn’t like many people. I will definitely recommend Element Services Group to neighbors, friends and family. I can’t thank them enough. It’s refreshing to find a company that still goes above and beyond.

Marion was thorough finding and explaining the issue in a breaker box for the air handler and repairing it . He shied me pictures of the issue and repair and explained e vey thing and cost as we went along. Very good service at a reasonable cost. Getting the same day repair was worth the extra cost for my peace of mind, and it was going the extra mile go Element. Others wanted to put me off a week.

They fixed the problem (all the HVAC unit was covered with ice) and didn't leave until all the measurements were as they should be.

Element Service Group has been a very professional company to work with. Mario and associate arrived on time after calling and alerting me on 12/20/22 and identified themselves upon arrival. We reviewed the agreed upon repair. All conversations were articulate and polite.

When it was discovered another part was needed, Mario had proactively contacted his supervisor, Andrew, so that he could explain the situation to me. Andrew clearly explained our current status and shared that I would be provided space heaters as my heating system would not be operational overnight. I would like to emphasize many apologies were offered and graciously accepted. Four space heaters were provided and setup to my liking.

I am to expect the return of their technicians tomorrow 12/21/22 around noon provided the part needed can be obtained from local inventory.

Mario was very knowledgeable and efficient! He reassured me that the problem was fixed and explained in detail how the issue began and the solution to fixing it. He was able to show me the cost break down and preventable options going forward! Thank you!!
