Good company. They made my appointment easily, came on time and communicated well. Their technician Andrew provided me with a lot of useful information about my a/c unit and what to expect down the road. Will gladly call them again when needed.

I wouldn’t use this company for anything not even a dog house 1st of all purchased my new home Dec 31st 2015 have had nothing but issues with my HVAC unit from the very start and continues too this date have filed 2 complaints against this company and still they never made an attempt to fix the issues that I have with the heating and cooling of my home 2nd they installed the wrong size unit into my home and my neighbors home that is the same model that I have I have been here in my home for 6 years I’m on my third unit and there is little or no airflow in several of the rooms in my home they bought an so called expert to my home and stayed over 2 1/2 hours and told me we need to cut holes in my walls and ceiling to find out what the issues were but never heard from them again and they never made an attempt to correct the issue they made an offer of 20,000 dollars to get me too shut up but the estimate I have say it will cost about 50,000 dollars to repair my issues this company will lie and do whatever to get over on you I would not use them for any reason now I had to hire an attorney to file a civil lawsuit against them I’m a disabled combat veteran that can work but that how they treat our veterans veterans be aware of this company stay away I only gave the a one star if I could I won’t give them any stars now I’m contacting the television stations to make people aware of this on social media to protect other people from these people I will not stop until Justice is served

STAY AWAY!! Tony Moneymaker is the rudest and most unprofessional salesperson I have ever come across. After 5 minutes of him at my house today to look at replacing my heat pump I had to ask him to leave. Note to owners Tony could use a course in customer service, showing up to the job with at least a 6ft ladder and understand his subject matter before giving false information. For example he tried to tell me today that R410A will be around for many years and is going nowhere. During the conversation I mentioned that the EPA had already scheduled the phasing out of R410A which he said was not true. An easy google search proves that EPA is planning on phasing out R410A in 2024. Yes you will still be able to get R410A to service equipment but also means that manufactures are going to start using a different kind refrigerant. Had a different company scheduled after Tony and signed a 7,500.00 equipment replacement with them.

Elements were recommended by our pool contractor to do our gas lines for our heater when we built our pool five years ago; since we have used them to do electrical, gas and air conditioning work. They recently replaced first my upstairs aircon units, and a year later the downstairs unit. In every case they, and all their staff that we have interacted with, have always dealt with us with efficiency, professionalism, and great integrity. After decades of looking for a reliable and honest contractor, I believe that I can honestly say this is the first and best.

We used Element when our A/C started acting up. Instead of upcharging me and thinking we needed to buy a whole new unit, the service tech was honest and very helpful. One easy fix left me with more money in my pockets, but also a good experience with this group. Will definitely use in the future.

We had a renovation done two years ago and our GC sub-contacted replacing our HVAC to Element. They seemed good and nice during that job but recently we noticed our AC unit was not producing cold air. We contacted Element and the technician Andrew came out the next day. He was very professional and courteous while he was here. He identified there was a leak in the system and he was going to do a leak detection but after finding the problem right away didn’t charge us for the test. The issue was with the outdoor coil, a manufacture defect. Element got the part replaced under warranty and got Trane to help cover some of the labor rather than just the part itself because of the labor intensive replacement. Andrew and the other technician that did the replacement were very respectful. This happened during Covid and they were masked up whenever interacting with us. Also the project manager was kind and helped push Trane to cover some of the labor costs. Overall we had a great experience working with Element.

The element team was fantastic. I do a lot of my own work around the house and take pride in doing DIY things. However, I needed to hire someone which I can be cautious of, but these guys were amazing. Not only did they get the job done and everything I expected was perfect, I could see how top quality the work really was. Couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job. Big shout out to Ruben, Leo, & Antonio who did that work and this was a very complicated job. Also to Larry who was the best project manager a guy could ask for.

Stop searching for an HVAC team, this is the company. Im recommending them every chance I get.

Element has fixed our broken AC, re-ducked our upstairs air ducks, and preformed preventative maintenance on our two HVAC systems for the past two years. Every interaction I have had with the company has been professional, their service members are highly knowledgeable, and I don't feel that I am being over sold on their products or services. I enjoyed working with Larry Lux who went out of his way to schedule re-ducting work around our tight attic encapsulation schedule. I also enjoyed working with Tarik, who preformed our most recent maintenance visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very through in explaining how our HVAC systems are holding up. I have recommended Element to several neighbors and will continue to do so. They preform quality work.

I chose Element Service Group because they're authorized to service Trane equipment and they've done a great job of keeping our furnace and A/C equipment in tip top shape. After a failure of one of our units, another service provider took that as a moment to convince us to replace the unit. Element stood by the equipment and made only minor repairs to add years of life. Their service personnel are honest and care about the customer.

Element Service Group is excellent. We have two houses and needed service on the HVAC systems in both. The first house needed repair and Chris, the technician, diagnosed and fixed it in one visit. Then, the other system died and we had to replace it. Response time was immediate each time. Chris is knowledgable, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Element for your HVAC needs.
