Tech was great. Repaired inducer motor by cleaning its housing. Another contractor wanted to replace it. Antonio saved us hundreds of dollars.

I replaced the air conditioning and heating systems. Larry was excellent in listening to my input and coming up with a proposal. The installers were very efficient, worked quietly in the areas they needed to be in and left with the areas all clean. I was very happy with the installation effort. Larry has been excellent with follow up, inspection, and close out of the job. I am very happy that I picked Element over the other proposals I received. Of course, I only hope to know in fifteen years that the systems are reliable.

Element Service Group is always very responsive. We have called for emergency service on 3 different occasions and each time a tech was here resolving our issues in just a few short hours. All techs are professional and friendly! Everything is always thoroughly explained and documented with pictures. We have also used Element for some unique service requests like relocating one of our units. Service and pricing was great for that too! They also keep great records regarding our warranty and service contract. Don’t hesitate, they are definitely worthy of your business!

I have been nothing but pleased with my experience with Element Service Group. About a month ago my upstairs a/c unit went down. I contacted 3 different companies for a replacement. Element was not the least expensive, but not the most expensive. What sold me was the salesman Larry.He was knowledgeable and thorough.
The installation crew was great. They took their time and spend most of the day on the installation. Very courteous and respectful of our time and property. They cleaned up after themselves and left the installation area neater than when they arrived.
Devin came with a small service issue that he resolved in a matter of minutes.

Their technician came in and explained step-by-step the process he was going to perform when performing service on the system. During service he identified some problems that needed to be addressed for the unit to keep running properly. He explained what he had found and documented it with photos. He also showed me where the problems were found in the unit. He pointed out and clarified the next steps to take as well as the costs. He made a process that could be very overwhelming into something more simple and less stressful. Thank you Mario for your knowledge and guidance in this process!

They just installed a brand new unit at my house and I am very happy. My old unit went out (after 22 years) in the morning and they replaced the whole unit before lunch time. They made me a priority and got the job done quick so I didn’t have to suffer in 96 degree heat with no ac. Awesome prices, very professional and quick! I have had good experience with them in the past and had exceptional customer service from the technicians today. They were careful with masks and shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves which are all huge for me. In addition, they helped to clean up after previous work. They were informative and helpful.

This is a wonderful service company. They are always prompt, courteous and professional. I recently had a spring cleaning call and found out I had a large crack which was leaking water and oil. Had it not been for Greg Tilllman, the mechanic they sent out who discovered the leak, I would have had an eventual mess on my hands. The part was ordered and within the week, was installed and I was left with a perfectly working AC once again. When he was finished, the area was left in better shape than he found it! I love this company!!
