Element Service Group Mechanical LLC

We have used Element for our recent HVAC installations and maintenance for both heating and a/c. We've been very pleased with all aspects of their service. Today's maintenance was provided by Antonio, who we highly recommend for timeliness, attention to detail and overall excellent service! Antonio is also very friendly, professional and gave great advice and answers to questions.

Heat is out and Element immediately sent out a technician who was able to troubleshoot our problem. I have an older system and Antonio was able to go through it with expertise and even found some things previous technicians missed. Great job, Element!

Antonio was a wonderful tech. He was very professional and on time. He quickly discovered why our heat pump was not working and fixed it. He also came out on Christmas Day to help fix. I was sad that he missed Christmas but was grateful. I would also like the commend the person answering the phones who were able to squeeze me in.

Jason Fleming was our service technician on 12/23/22 due to a no heat call. He arrived earlier than the expected time. He was extremely patient and professional with myself and my mom. Jason answered all of our questions woth kindness and sincerity. He got our heat up and working quickly on one of the coldest notes of the year which was extremely satisfying. I pray that the service is not needed again, but if we do need HVAC service again we certainly want Jason to provide his expertise again.
