Element Service Group reached out to me early the next morning (I filed my AC Repair request late at night), and were able to schedule a technician to fix my AC very quickly.
Trey was very professional, was able to show up earlier than expected, and was able to quickly and professionally diagnose and fix the problem. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again!

Element has been great to us. Our first 2 years in our new home they would come tune up the existing old unit and it would work great all summer. After 2 years we decided to purchase a brand new dual zone Trane XL16c. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase from Element. The house now heats/cools in seconds. Being able to control different temperature settings upstairs and downstairs is a must if you have a good size home. And my favorite part...controlling the temperature of the house on my phone! Highly recommend Element Service Group!

Very reliable and conscientious.

As a general contractor I depend on element service group to take care of my projects. The previous project that they were on required a very specific skill set to solve a problem that arose on the job. They were able to find an amazing solution and keep me on time and within the budget for the client! I have been working with owner Keith Hamilton for better than a decade. I’d like to appreciate the excellent job done by Larry and the other guys from Element. They did an excellent job replacing my house duct work. They are super fast, clean and educated, no loud music or horse playing, very professional techs; when they left my house everything was clean or better as they found it. Larry is a gentleman and very honest, focused on what he do; I wish there were more people with his work ethics nowadays, everything would be easier.
Also, I'd like to tell that Larry and the team followed all the recommended rules due to the COVID19 pandemic.

Element was so easy to work with. Our 20+ year old AC quit mid summer and Element was there ASAP with a temporary unit to cool our home. They were very fast to respond and to install our new unit, which was reasonably priced! Thanks Element, loved working with y'all!

I just had Andrew, from Element Service Group, come out to my house to determine whether I needed to recharge, repair, or replace my A/C unit. He was prompt, professional, gave straightforward advice explaining my options and the pros and cons of each, and is generally a really friendly guy. Based on what I chose to do today, I’ll probably have him out again in a year or two to install a new A/C unit.

After being ripped off by a couple of the big chain HVAC service companies, I’m very glad to have found Element Services Group. Their staff are very well trained, prompt and courteous. And since I have a curious brain, I really appreciate their willingness to answer questions and explain things to me.

Prices are very reasonable.I am now on a service plan with twice a year visits for my HVAC system, and that gives me peace of mind.
