Kevin and Kyle did an exceptional job with the removal of an old chandelier and the installation of a new chandelier in my 2 story foyer. They were so professional and considerate. The attention to detail and customer service was so refreshing. I will definitely use Horizon again for future air conditioning and heating services.

Ricky & Justin Gloss installed a dishwasher for me that Home Depot refused to install due to piping under sink needing repair. Both guys came and looked at plumbing and said absolutely no problem with your plumbing. HD refused to come back and install! I call Horizon back and Ricky & Justin fit me back into schedule late afternoon. They were awesome! Took care of everything I needed with my dishwasher. Horizon is my go to anyway and these two did not disappoint! They are out of Raleigh, NC office.

I had a great first experience with Horizon for my A/C tune up. Michael arrived on time, was friendly and thorough. He patiently gave me an overview of the service and my system, detailing my system's performance and showing me photos. I felt comfortable and taken care of. Thank you!

Horizon was great. Got service same day on my AC unit. Anthony was awesome and figured out root cause and fixed problem. It took hours and him getting multiple parts. Appreciate the service and the prompt service. Would recommend it this company !

Jesse was professional and very detailed. He took pictures and explained what exactly was going on with my unit. The pictures were all emailed to me. I would highly recommend him.

Michael explained everything very thorough Was very knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to listen to me I was having a very stressful day thanks to him. Timothy performed an overall check of my recently installed HVAC system, after taking the time to thoroughly understand my issue. He demonstrated how my thermostat works so that I am now able to understand how to use it to suit my needs. In the process, he took pictures of all the heating system equipment that is in my attic, and provided a thorough explanation of how it all works. I was thoroughly educated and now I am comfortable using my fancy new thermostat to maintain the temperature in my home, which is so important with all the fluctuations we are experiencing in the weather. Timothy is the type of professional I appreciate because he was knowledgeable and personable too, and his communication style made it so easy for me to express myself without feeling self-conscious about my lack of knowledge. Matt, Jeremiah and Audric did a wonderful job. They were respectful, and thorough with the information explaining what needed to be done to fix the problem we were having. Thank God for people who do their jobs the right way.

These guys installed our system two weeks ago. They are people of their word. They are a new company down here. They price matched and installed next day. There was a accident to our ceiling. I called Bobby the insulation Manger who sent some one to repair it like it never happend 3 days later. Raleigh inspector came out and said our of the 7 years of inspecting his has done in hundreds of houses the work they did in my home was very clean professional. With the standard being below average to pass these guys went over and beyond. Also. They give a 10 year warranty can't beat that any where. Look no further hire these guys ac works great after we were informed our ac unit was not big enough. They caught the mistake made by our builders. Hire horizon you won't regret it.

Same as a lot of other users. Very punctual came next day to perform service. Wanted to charge me $495 to change a capacitor. I needed three changing apparently so over $1500 with tax. Pretty good mark up for a part you can source off Amazon for less than $20 and probably takes 10mknute max to install. Feel bad for folks who pay this and I am sure plenty have.
