Highly recommend Horizon services. Excellent experience they came out the same day I called. The technician Jermaine arrived on time was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had my ac back up and running in no time. The communication was excellent letting me know when to expect the technician and the pricing was fair. I won't hesitate to call them in the future should I need help with the services they offer.

we couldn't be happier with Horizon Services - Stephen was an excellent consultant. Kind, professional, knowledgeable - was patient with all of our questions. The crew was FANTASTIC! I talked mostly with Frankie and Gavin but everyone was so nice. they ended up working in the heat over at our house for 3 days (furnace replacement, new AC unit, new ductwork) and did it all with a positive attitude. highly recommend this team!

Heater stopped working on the coldest night of the year. Called Horizon and they got "good guy" Mike here in less than 90 minutes. After fixing it, he explained what to do if things went south again. He even refused to accept my tip. A true professional.

Initially, the installation was done quickly after the sales call and it went well - and the new AC unit worked. That's when the honeymoon ended.

A couple months passed and it was time to turn on my heat. When I did, I began to smell tons of gas. I initially blew it off as the first time I started the unit for fall. After a couple of days, I called the gas company to test. The technician walked in the door and almost immediately walked out bc he said he was overwhelmed by fumes. He brought in a meter and the carbon monoxide was well over the normal limit and into the highly dangerous zone. Once the house aired out, he went into the basement where the AC unit lived beside the furnace. He found that the AC installer had completely left the exhaust pipe for the furnace detached so that all of the exhaust fumes were flowing back into the basement and into the home. We could have died.

I called into Horizon. They sent a tech same day, who was the same installer who installed the unit. He said, "Omg, I saw the pics and I thought I was going to be fired." I never sent pics, but after installation, they take pics. I'm assuming he went back to review those pics. He gave me five free carbon monoxide detectors.

He fixed the exhaust. Then I asked Horizon for a copy of my city permit, which they applied for, but never actually got. So, but for the fact that I requested a copy... the AC unit would not have been permitted. They said they would send an inspector to come do a pre-inspection before the city inspector arrived. They did. He left. After he left, the unit didn't work. I called them. He couldn't come back that day. The next morning, the city inspector came and failed the permit bc the unit didn't work. He also said Horizon had never installed the MANDATORY safety feature such that if water is detected in the AC pan, the unit would shut off. So he said it would fail for that too. The pre-inspector didn't catch that. A whole series of rescheduled appointments followed. TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

What started as a pleasant, quick exchange quickly become one of the comically worse customer service experiences I've ever had. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this company to anyone.

We’re thrilled w/ Horizon Services! We needed our entire 20 year old HVAC replaced (3 units). We interviewed & received quotes from 3 companies & Horizon’s quote, service offering, education about the services, timeframe, HVAC units, & warranties far exceeded the other 2 companies. Our sales rep Dustin was very patient w/ all our questions, & he helped us come up w/ a reconfiguration that would allow us to take our units from 3 down to 2 which no other company thought of despite us asking if it was possible. This made us trust Horizon & made us feel good about spending so much $$ w/ them.

We accepted Horizon’s offer on Friday & by Monday they were installing our units. The project took 2 crews. They were quick, friendly, professional, did a great job cleaning up, & completed the whole thing in 1 day just as they promised. E/ of the 3 lead installers, Chip, Ian, & Frankie made sure we were satisfied w/ the work & ensured we knew how all the systems worked.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks guys!

Recently hired Horizon services (8/19) for a capacitor replacement, a tech came out within 2 hours of calling but I ended up spending 710 dollars for a capacitor. I paid it because it was essential to get my air back on as we have an infant. The tech was great but the service was extremely overpriced. I’ve since received quotes for half the price and feel like I’ve been duped. Hire someone else if you can

First off, Horizon got here faster than anyone else could, by several days. That alone is worth a fair amount when your A/C is dead and it's the middle of a heat wave. JJ was the tech and he was great - professional, thorough, all the things. The repair was by no means cheap, but he was there a solid 90 minutes to get it done and showed me pictures and readings of everything he checked. I would recommend them and will be using them again for my ongoing service needs.

Very impressed. Our A/C system had been struggling during the summer and we thought it might be low on coolant or perhaps the compressor was not working up to par. The service person (Tom) came on time and thoroughly checked things out. Unfortunately for us, the system checked out A-OK and there was no work to perform. When we asked to settle the bill, we were amazed that there was no charge -- not even a trip or service call fee. We were quite impressed with Horizon's policy. Will definitely call Horizon the next time something else goes wrong.
