Unfortunately, Eddie couldn’t come out to our place because it’s an apartment owned by agency. Yet, he still sat on the phone with my fiancé and explained in detail how to resolve our issue. He was so professional and nice. We will recommend him to everybody we know needing work done.

I called the business and set up an appointment, a gentlemen came out to meet and talk about our system. He told me I had a broken evaporator!! It had a hole in it. Through our conversation, I had learned about his experience with HVAC and that he was Actually a Company Owner.
We talked about price to change the system. After our household conversation, we decided to go with a new system.

The two guys showed up the Next Morning!!! Worked on the install most of the morning. And by afternoon, my house was VERY COOL!! Awesome

Later that night, the new unit seemed to be running Loud. So I called, left them a message about the noise.

THIS MORNING a Truck pulls up!! The guys had returned, and brought someone else. Turns out, he was the other Owner! (The other owner of the company!!) He checked the system as well, and made sure the house was completely Okay with the work they had done! Also, answered any questions we had.

GREAT WORK done!! What a solid team!! If you need HVAC (air conditioning, climate control) help- CALL Southend Heating and Air!! Great Customer service and Absolutely a business which takes pride in the Job they Do!!

I called South End Heating & Air on a recommendation from a friend. Renee scheduled my appointment and was courteous, insightful, and extremely personable and professional. Blake was scheduled to arrive in the afternoon but because he was already in the area was able to come out and assist in the morning. Blake was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He explained services and the maintenance he performed and answered all questions I had. Blake, Renee, and the entire staff of South End Heating & Air have gone above and beyond to provide quality, personable service at a reasonable price. Every interaction I had has shown that they value their customers, but more importantly they value doing things the right way.
Simply put, Blake, Renee, and South End Heating & Air are “good people”. I highly recommend their services.

South End Heating & Air got recommended to me by a neighbor - I wanted to run a gas line under our deck to a new natural gas grill, and I'm so glad I called them up. From the initial scheduling of the first appointment (easy) to the initial walk through and assessment (they even arrived early) to a great quote (much less than competitors) and great service all the way through, I had an exceptional experience with them. Eddie and Dusty were awesome to work with, and they even installed and painted a new 3/4" pipe from our meter to our home. They were very communicative throughout the process, had the meter inspections with the county ready to go after the installation, and now I'm the proud owner of a working natural gas grill. I would highly recommend getting a quote from this team on any work.

Hands down the BEST HVAC company we have worked with. Our furnace was on it's last legs (after 26 years) and it was time for a new one. There was no pressure and great consultation and guidance from South End. They came only a few days later and installed a brand new furnace for us in a matter of hours. They emailed a reminder the night before to let us know they'd be here the following morning, and - other than letting us know they had arrived - we barely even knew they were here. They just got to work, removed the old furnace, and then got the new furnace and thermostat installed. It was truly effortless and so happy we found them! They are now our HVAC Maintenance providers and we wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

I had a great experience with South End Heating & Air. I called and Blake called me back immediately. He asked me a few questions and was able to tell me how to make sure we still had heat. He had a few more calls and he came out first thing in the morning since we had heat to get us through the night. He gave me all my options and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He was honest, knowledgeable, and a breath of fresh air from dealing with a lot of other various home companies. He even told me to check Lowes and their price on the thermostat to see if it was a better price. They were able to replace the unit the next day and get us back up and running. The crew was professional, on time, and got the job done quickly.

They were great all around and I would highly recommend them. I had a great experience this summer with their sister company, South End Plumbing. It is obvious this is a top notch organization from top to bottom.

This review is more for the company than the customer. You’r technician Jason was awesome. He called me before he was coming my way to inform me that he was in route and even gave me a GPS time of when he would be here. That’s speaks a lot about an employee. As for the repair, unfortunately the problem was not fixed but NOT at the fault of the technician, parts were the issue, as the time of day the service was requested parts were unavailable. Jason told me exactly what he did and how he got to the conclusion, he was very educated on the topic and I’m very happy with the service provided.

We knew that our system was 11 years old and probably would need to be replaced. It gave out hot air instead of cool air. Eddie came, explained what was wrong, and made some changes in an attempt to see if it would fix the problem. He then suggested replacing the whole system with the proposed price. Our AC became completely dead afterward. We reviewed the proposal he sent after the visit and found that the details were not matched up with our understanding. We decided not to use the service.

Came home from a vacation and found that our upstairs AC was blowing hot air. Blake came out the very next day and I could tell right away he was an upstanding genuine guy that wasn’t out for all my coins. He really wanted to find the issue, fix it and restore us back to peace and mind. The free service call inspection made a huge difference! He did all the necessary checks, walked me thru the possible issues and informed me on important things I should know. He was able to resolve the issue and I was quite pleased. I now know who to call for all future HVAC concerns.
