After having some AC trouble, a friend referred me to them with outstanding reviews. Blake came out for a maintenance check and options for me to fix my issue. My system was in need of replacement and I chose to have my furnace replaced Eddie and two guys came in the next week and in no time got my system running and blowing out ice cold air! I received a new thermostat and they guys made sure I new how to work it and didn’t leave until they were certain the install was running like it was supposed to. These guys arrived early, and worked hard to get the job done right the first time. They all were very professional. This will be a company I will continue to use.

Eddie was a tremendous help today. He helped me figure out what I did wrong when installing my thermostat and walked me through the process of changing a blown fuse. Not only did he help me fix it, but he taught me a little bit about my unit as well (so hopefully I don't mess it up in the future!! hahaha). 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be calling again in the future!

We had the Murphy's Law of when your A/C will breakdown. On a HOT summer holiday! I called South End Heating & Air, the BEST A/C company in Indian Trail & Charlotte. They had a technician out to my house by noon on the 4th of July. He identified the issue and provided us the BEST AC capacitor replacement service. In and out, the house cooled back down, and we were off with the rest of our holiday. I anticipated a super high cost being an emergency visit on a holiday -- but the price was completely reasonable!!! BTW, they also had a very knowledgeable and friendly person who answered the phone... from start to finish -- 100% recommend!!

I thoroughly agree with what everyone has written so far! I can't say enough great things about South End Heating and Air. I have been a huge fan of Eddie, Jason, and Josh and have followed them since we moved to NC in 2012. The communication is open, honest and frank, with no agendas except to fix the issue. I recently had a coil failure in my heat pump, and the unit was running constantly and blowing cold air. I had another company come out which had purchased the company that did the original install, and they told me that the part that was supposed to be covered under warranty was no longer available, and they recommended replacing the system which was not even ten years old. I called Eddie as he did the original install, he made a few phone calls, and quickly confirmed that the part was still available and he would get it on order. They completed the repair, and everything is working great. It is so quiet in my office from the system not running constantly. I found out later through my own investigation that the company that told me the part was not available did not carry my line, and therefore tried to sell me one of their systems. Nice! Needless to say they're no longer in my contacts. If you're having trouble with your HVAC, and you want an honest assessment, call South End Heating and Air. I highly recommend them.

This company is top notch. Jason came out to our home within one day of our call. He was very knowledgeable and informative of our issue. He and his partner surveyed the unit and quickly diagnosed the problem with our 20+ year old unit. Just as we knew it needed to be replaced. They gave us different options, talked about the operation of each and made it easy to decide. We signed an agreement and they returned the next morning and by noon we were comfortable again. Thanks to the staff, owner, and crew for an easy transition from heat to air in a single day. We are old school cash and carry kind of people and they worked with us to make it go smoothly. Kudos 👍🏾

This is going to be our go-to HVAC company from now on!
We had met with several companies to do our due diligence and these guys were the most transparent and honest of all the companies we met with.
Jason came out first to meet with us. He was down to earth and his main priority was just to understand what we wanted and how he could make it happen, not to try to force us to want something else. He was very knowledgeable and didn't waste our time.
On install day Eddie and his crew came out. They were on time, respectful of me and our home. When the job was done they cleaned up all the debris and left our attic honestly cleaner than it was before. They also took the time to make sure we understood the new system and thermostat.
In the following days after the install as we were getting used to our new system we had a couple questions and Jason was easy to reach and answered all our questions.
I always dreaded the day our HVAC would have issues because I knew it would be difficult to find a company I was comfortable with, but now if I ever have an issue I know who I am calling!

Our A/C system was not working during these very hot summer days. We called South End Heating and Air and they sent a super nice technician named Jason. He was very helpful and this great customer service will keep us coming back to this company in the future!

This is now my second time using South End Heating & Air and I am very pleased with what I have experienced both times. My call was answered right away and Jason arrived within 30 minutes and was very thorough, professional and efficient. He was also very educational in explaining every step he took. Had our entire ac system, plus the furnace replaced by South End Heating & Air about two weeks ago and we are very happy with everything so far. The air is ice cold and the unit looks great. We felt like we got a great deal and that they tried to work with us to get the best price for the quality we wanted. Jason, the service/sales guy was extremely knowledgeable and we felt like he was being straight up and honest which really went a long way with us deciding to go with them. Eddie and his install partner showed up at 8am on the dot as scheduled and were extremely professional and fast. They said the install could potentially take until 1pm to finish, but they only took about two and a half hours to complete everything which we really appreciated as we don’t have a lot of time off work so every minute counts. Overall, extremely pleased with the company and the service and would definitely recommend going with SouthEnd. You will feel like you get a personalized install instead of being one job in many with the larger, corporate heating and air companies. It’s so nice having ice cold air again, made our whole summer so much better!

I called to inquire about my ac not running and the staff scheduled me for the next day which was fine, I called in at 630pm. Then I recieved a call about 20 mins later from the company letting me know they had finished a job early and could fit me in the SAME DAY! This mama was so grateful. They were professional, quick, friendly, knowledgeable and affordable! I would definatley use them in the future! I saved their phone number to my contacts and they will definately be my first call for repair issues! Thanks yall!!!
