This is my second time using southend heat/air and I am very please with their service and value. Both Eddie and Jason are very professional and knowledgeable. Will also recommend them to my neighbors

Jason was wonderful! The company was very responsive and sent him over right away. Jason was very courteous, professional, and thorough. He worked diligently and went above and beyond what the job called for. I will call them again when needed.

Got an email advertising a $47 system check and low and behold, I actually only ended up paying $47.😳 Didn’t try to talk me into anything or tack on any extra fees. Jason, the tech, was quick to respond via text, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough check and told me things to watch out for (bec my system is 20 years old), but no scare tactics to get me to spend more money. Will definitely use them again.

This is a GREAT company! They are quick, honest, very friendly and know what they are doing. They explained everything to us and made sure we understood in a very friendly and respectful way. They fixed our problem and made the whole process super easy! This is actually the second time we have used SouthEnd Heating & Air and we will continue to be loyal customers with them as they are a loyal business to us.

We had a great experience with Jason from the Southend heating. He is on-time, polite, respectful and also did a great job. He is very professional and had adequate knowledge on the HVAC system.

I have used them for the past few years and have been very pleased. Professional, great value, and never try to push services you don't need. Always my first call, and they always seem to be available whether it's a heat wave or deep freeze.

Really great and honest company! I found the name on Nextdoor and read the great reviews and I’m glad I scheduled the estimate (which is free by the way - already a great start as other companies are charging $99 just to come out). From speaking with Renee (sp?) on the phone to schedule to Jason arriving to look at the issue it was a great experience. During a storm my thermostat stopped communicating with the AC (compressor working as well as furnace but I had to control it by the breaker) so Jason took the time to troubleshoot the thermostats all the way to the furnace, and also explained to me what he was doing which was really helpful and was very genuine. He determined the zone board was the issue and needed replacement, and had one on the truck which was great. I appreciate that he made sure everything was working before he left. I felt the pricing was fair as well. Thankful to have a company I can trust to call for these types of issues in the future! Highly recommend
