My air conditioner quit July 2nd in the middle of our wonderfully stifling North Carolina summer. I originally had called another service provider who advertised in my area, but when I called them, was told that they didn't provide service to my area (makes sense, right?), so I called QCS in Knightdale and I am so glad I did. They came out, same day, two hours earlier than originally scheduled and after a conversation about what they would be doing, were able to get my AC up and running again in about 10 minutes. Turns out it was just a worn out capacitor in the condenser fan. The repair was a little pricey, all things considered (a little under $300 for a 10 minute fix including a part that is available on Amazon for about $15) but I appreciated the professionalism of the HVAC specialists that provided my service. They took the time to explain the repair to me and walk me through how my system works, so despite the cost the service and results they provided was high-value and now my home is cool again. Definitely recommended!

These folks are awesome! They have been to our house from everything from emergency repairs in the middle of summer 🥵😳 to our biannual maintenance. Call them!
