I have dealt with Quality Comfort for the past three or four years. I am on their yearly maintenance plan, and it works great. I have never dealt with such an honest company. I have been at my current home fourteen years and so my unit is fourteen years old, countless times they could have said I needed a new unit and I wouldn't have known any different. But they always tell me let's get as much out of your unit as we can. Thank you to your service man Frank and Deanna in the office, you honesty has made me one happy customer. When my unit does go bad there is no doubt who I'm calling. Thanks Guys!

Once again, Quality Comfort Services came through for me today. I have had these fine people do HVAC work for me a few times over the past couple years and they are awesome. It seems that every time I call them I have an urgent need and they always bend over backwards to help me in a timely manner. They truly show empathy for their customers. Each time I have had one of their technicians at my home they have always been very professional and full of integrity. Today was no different. They never disappoint. I'm confident that if you have a need for HVAC work and you try Quality Comfort Services you will be a customer for life...they are that good!

Quality Comfort Services did a great job replacing our old original system on the second floor. They walked us through the best option for our house and square footage. During install they took the time to correct the mistakes the previous installer made and streamlined the system. They stayed late over the two days needed to install all new duct work and equipment to get the system up and running! The lead installer took as much time as I needed to understand the new system (runs differently than what we had) and thermostat. When I was concerned over a weird smell coming from the vents they were out within an hour. Luckily the smell had disappeared and was probably just sealant drying. The tech was not bothered at all for coming out and told me to call the after hours number if it came back over the weekend and he’d have someone out immediately (it didn’t come back)! Nice team and company!

Quality Comfort just did a complete install on a new Trane Heat Pump for me replacing my 22 year old system. The price was great and I did not have to wait on them to get my replacement system installed. The install went well due to their professional team. Unit works great, the install was very neat and clean and the guys refused to leave until they were sure that everything was functioning to the highest standards. Quality Comfort will be the only one I call from now on.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the all around great customer service and knowledge this company has. Jerry (our service tech), David, Jon, Boni, Mauricio and Jerry all exhibited courteous manners, knowledge and great safety protocols as well. David is willing to answer any questions we have even since our project was completed.

Used this company five times, always excellent, courteous and professional.

Unfortunately our upstairs AC stopped blowing cold air on the first of many 90+ degree days to come. It was a weekend, but the technician John was fantastic. He showed up around the time he stated and did everything he could to get the unit running again. We will be replacing our heat pump very soon due to the issue, but he was able to get us running so we have some time to prepare. We would very much recommend this company's business. He was open and honest about the entire process.

It has been a summer of AC repairs, and Quality Comfort are the only people I will trust. They are always courteous, prompt and don't try to pressure you into paying for things that you don't need. Mike has been out twice and he is a great guy who will give it to you straight. I have recommended Quality Comfort to all my friends when they need AC repair.
